I don't have any schedule, actually. I typically improvise. But it ended up kinda like the plan you recommend. Your way is more organized, comprehensive, and a lot easier for me to track the progress to see if I miss any part or what part I have to improve. Thank you for the video. It is very helpful.😊

Yes! It can be used for Chinese learning too. I had taught many Chinese learners before and I simply make my students speak more by encouraging them to make speeches and debates

语法很烂是否也适合这样操作？
1. 我用几个检查词汇量的app分别测了一下，词汇量大概是1万左右。
2. 语法。几乎为0基础，具体表现为随便给我一句话，分辨不出来是否有语法错误。
3. 听力。 只能勉强听懂比较简单的慢速英语的大意，常速或文本稍复杂一点就一头雾水了。另外，可能是由于变调的原因，很多认识的单词也听不出来。
4. 写作。因为语法的原因，分不出来自己写的对不对，所以没练过。
当年能过四六级，全靠阅读理解分数占比高，因为单词基本能认识个八九不离十。
所以，我这种状况适合怎么学会有比较快的进步？也按照视频中的方法吗？还是有更针对性的优化？
我的目标是只要能在工作中日常交流就可以了。谢谢！
可以的，如果终极目标是口语交流完全可以按照这个计划，注重口语听力的同时也加大知识的输入
