Concerning the "my mom is convinced it will go away if I just tell it to" I can't shake the feeling the guy is going trough depression or maybe a condition that wrecks his life like OCD or ADHD or another common misunderstood problem and he just goes "well fuck it I'm stalked by faces and horrid demon things somehow I gotta deal evwn if ppl don't understand what I am going through" and that is very relatable.

@@cianbroderick4145 I mean I am diagnosed with depression and I might have undiagnosed ADHD (at least everthing points to it) and both have symptoms that severely impact someone doing anything productive many times a week so I guess I am just in the same boat (even if I do not turn out to have ADHD my depression definitely causes dysfunctionality)

This was actually my exact thought from the point of him saying something about doors he tries not to touch. Even the bathroom being occupied by an entity making scary sounds, might point to this being OCD, since the bathroom is often considered to be a room full of germs, and many people who suffer from OCD experience germophobia in one way, or the other. His solution to eating healthier is also reminiscent of someone who is quite selective about their food-choices, which I have myself experienced from OCD, because i considered certain foods harmful or dirty, without any rational reasoning. Even the adversity to human contact can stem from struggles with OCD. And the trivializing nature of the mother telling him it can be solved with confidence seems reminiscent of how people with anxiety disorders, including OCD, are treated. Even the thing about eating healthier, is a common belief amongst close kin to people with anxiety disorders.
Now I am definitely biased, since I, myself, suffer from the condition, but it is a possible interpretation of the series.
Also, ADHD can be just as debilitating, as any other mental condition. It can be not very debilitating at all, and it can be completely disabling. Mental health is a spectrum. Nature doesn't do Binary.
I have this problem: these videos are really interesting/creepy but your voice is soothing and I always watch them late and sometimes fall asleep watching them. So I have the weirdest nightmares about things I didn’t even realise I heard in the video

I know this is an old video by now. I've watched this up until what seems to be "the season one finale". This is an extremely accurate description of suicidal ideations and mental health issues. My girlfriend says he shows a lot of unhealthy thought patterns for anorexia and bulimia. She also says that when he first "kills" himself, everything from the underwater sounds and experience is very similar to an attempt she survived. I believe that when he got rid of his "body", he didn't get rid of his ideations. They instead got worse and...
The finale was beautiful. I almost cried when he talked about self care and brushing his teeth.

Why is no one talking about "Jehovah's witness?" That was funny was hell
This is a really interesting concept I wish I saw it sooner. The way the character is not so "oh my gosh what's going on" but has learned to live with these ghosts kind of even making some funny jokes as he does. Really cool. Also at first I thought the mask being made out of paper was just part of the style but the fact it plays into everything is interesting.
When the guy started munching down on that salad, I got major Daisy Brown vibes.
Honestly I'm surprised NM covered this as in the Daisy video he talked about "Game Jacking" and honestly I feel thats all Post Content is. It feels like this kid made a web series based off of all the good things analysis channels had to say about other web series and just smashed it all together with a half ass story. Dont get me wrong I appreciate new web series, and can't discredit the channel for attempting to make something new. But honestly I felt this same vibe when NExpo covered this awhile back and this video just solidified my opinion of it.

Game jacking is when someone creates an ARG/Webseries, and then viewers try to insert themselves into it by trying to be part of the series and acting like they’re part of it. Like with The Sun Vanished, people would be like “I love in Orlando and now there are GREEN blinking lights and we seem to be winning!” And that kind of stuff

Yes I totally get that himm or hiimmarymary was that for me as pretty much everything she eludes to in the ARG is something I've dealt/deal with but also I have psychosis and thru her videos felt so like..seen? I highly recommend it though it's an older one it's great

I feel like the Albatross heavily implies that he killed someone else. We mostly see the ropes around the body but he also says he has one tied around his neck and he introduces the concept of the Albatross as a bird tied around his neck. The Sea Mariner had the Albatross he killed tied around his neck. There's also the statement about the audience wanting him to be a killer. I think this is what the company wants him to think, to come to terms with the fact that he's a killer but instead he represses the idea by putting the body in the box.
I'm 90% certain this guy lives in Silent Hill. Everything about this series gives me SH4 vibes.

This is all just a physical representation of my severe anxiety disorder. Right down to being told to just be confident, the constant vomiting that comes with certain types of panic attacks and the entire concept of 'ignore it and it'll just go away oh wait I made it a thousand times worse'. Add in a bit of too stressed to leave your house. Anxiety, PTSD, etc. this far less arg and more a look into the mind of how people struggle with this and those inner demons attached.
The tweet from easy ghost solutions about wearing a dead albatross around one's neck it a reference to a poem named Rime of the Mariner in which the POV character shoots an albatross (which is a sign of good luck and hope) and is forced to wear the dead albatross around his neck. The albatross represents mistakes and being forced to wear them

I have been following POSTcontent since I saw it on Nexpo. Keep up the great work, love your content!!!!
You need to do an update on dad. He really claims he isnt an ARG. His original channel is nathan *something*. He now has like 4? 5? Channels. And "dad" is just another character. Because of you and nexpo, dad learned what an arg was. And since u brought a large audience, nathan started to added cryptic stuff that will only lead to clues on what will be in the next videos. Keep in mind he does HOURS AMD HOURS of live streams. And some of them he randomly does some hand signs and gestures and the only one I figured out was "LCL 2? Or u?" Sometimes I like to come back to your coverage of this series as something to put on in the background while I'm doing other things. It's atmospheric, interesting, has a positive end message, and your coverage provides a filter that keeps it from being scary enough to trigger. Your channel is honestly wonderful for that.
This series gave me an idea for a Wattpad story about a man who inherits a very old mansion. When he gets there, it turns out to be haunted, with a classic sheet ghost confined to his bedroom. The ghost is friendly and it turns out that if an artefact relating to a spectre is sealed to a room then the ghost cannot leave the room. The man takes it upon himself to gather varieties of ghosts and assign them all a room in his mansion. I was thinking of perhaps taking inspiration from some of the fiends here, with Plaguemen, Tendril Shadows and Window Watchers. Would any of you enjoy that?
I'd Love to see a story like that. My mind went to the mansion also having a wine cellar with the man finding something down there.
