Being in this body full of sin, I thank God for sending bothers who understand the the word enough to live by and teach it. I know the word and is on my own head if I don't overcome. This way of life drains the energy from me, I know its being a slave to this way of life, like being pulled apart. I have no positive role models and pastors did not teach me. I know God is waiting for me to activating the spirit that is willing because my flesh is weak. The things I want to do, I have a hard time doing, but instead I do the things hate. I cant even keep control of myself, let alone my house hold. blind and tricked by others taking advantage of each others kindness. What can I do to take the dirt out of my own eye, so that I may Serve the Lord, being as a tool to help our people?. I have no one around me to help me out of temptation but God, but I keep this dreadful fear of being an outcast to friends and family that want to stay worldly, and I backslide.

My brother you are not ALONE, in the way it may seem now but it will get better. I have been in this truth going on 3 years now, I too felt just like you, I struggled and failed many times to overcome my sinful nature, and Satan's spirit kept telling me I wasn't worth saving because of all my sins and I knew he was right. But the Word told me I would be forgiven and I believed. So I started reading The Word, (Matthew 6:33) constantly, and I found that our Brother the Apostle Paul also struggled with his sinful flesh and I found I wasn't alone, and he was my example that it could be overcome. I looked to all the promises made in the Scriptures, and prayed and asked (Matthew 21:22, John 14:13) and I received ABUNDANTLY. So how does one mortify the flesh, The Word of God. So I took my Holy Scripture book and read, meditated, and DID what it said to do, and in that process, I was able to finally STOP my fornication. Don't get me wrong TEMPTATION and DESIRE are still there, but the Word has strengthen me enough to resist so I have to die daily to those things and the more you Do the Word of God the less the flesh has power.(Matthew 7:24) Grace has sent me a teacher, which Scripture also promised (Isaiah 30:20) and although this is PERSONAL journey for everyone we are to LOVE our brothers and sisters in Christ, so I hope by sharing my experience it will help put you and KEEP you on that , STRAIT AND NARROW PATH, which is the ONLY path to the promise of ever lasting life. (Matthew 7:13) We fall down brother but we get up again,you will find those close to you may very well hinder you, thats why Jesus said that you must give that all up and PROVE to Him who is #1 in your gift of life.( Matthew 10:37) Faith comes by hearing the Word of God, Repentance ( DOING THE WORD OF GOD) leads to everlasting life, Jesus said if you had faith as a mustard seed. My experience is that he absolutely right because the sinner I was should be at the front of the line for the pit. But all praises to the Most High God and our Messiah that TRUTH has made me free in deed. Claim those promises you CAN DO IT.!!! Shalom and I'll see you when we are gathered.

Thank you brother but I'm no role model, (haha) I just choose to be obedient over my desires, its hard but its the cross we have to bare. I struggle every day, but like scripture says, the short term pain can not compared to whats to come. (Romans 8:18) I want that so much, we as a people we're so bad and disobedient our GOD cursed us!!! This life we were given does nothing to glorify or thank our Maker, it just feeds our flesh and glorifies that Satan spirit in the earth. So when i look at it that way, what else can I do but the right thing. If The Lord didn't have mercy on me and grace hadn't given me the desire for the truth, I'd be with the 2/3 of us who aren't going to make it. So focus on the positive and you my brother will be that role model for someone else. Stay in the WORD and no FORNICATION of ANY KIND. And you'll grow and bare fruit. God has blessed you, with more to come if you stay obedient and that joy will make you forget all the pain and struggle. Funny this is NOT the message my church gave me, just believe and you are saved... HA a LIE straight out of hell! Nothing worth anything is easy and our Messiah gave his SINLESS life just for us to have the opportunity to be saved. I can't take that lightly, i will give it my all and you know you ALWAYS get back what you give. Shalom brother thank you for giving me the chance to share the gifts that were given me, pass it on.
