I love this style of cheesecake, you can flavour it how ever you want, I have the same problem with those bags and the biscuits too. Maybe you could try to make the rice paper wraps next, they're a medium lvl difficulty and you can put anything in them.

I’ve always wanted to try cheesecake but I do like your makeup ❤❤❤
For anyone considering making cheesecake after this, 2 things. First, ALWAYS use Philadelphia brand. It has the most gums/stabilizers. You can cheap out on everything else.. but get the name brand (and always the blocks, not the containers or whipped kind). And second, mix mix mix mix mix. Cream cheese has no gluten so its not like making caje or bread or anything else that can be overmixed. (Talking specifically about mixing traditional baked cheesecake ingredients, not this type with gelatin).
Just things i learned from making cheesecake too many times 🙃 (and because this vid made me want cheesecake 🥴)
