Not sure if I should be adding a comma after the "why," but a regular job in a field of work, you can go to another company and be perfectly fine without setting yourself back in any income.
In Streaming, if you find a new game, you're basically going to take a gigantic hit in your fanbase since they picked you for a reason. The reason being, the game. This will cause a drastic change in revenue. Assuming you're living off of it, one can't afford to do such a thing.
