I just came a pond your channel, Enjoyed watching a couple of your videos . Just getting into the HO train hobby. Have been into HO slot cars since 1968 . Really like the way the Diesel locomotives look. Any advice on which ones to start off with as a beginner . Have watch many videos on how to trouble shoot and restore them. TYIA- JC
Awesome! SMT Mainline has a ton of good videos and restorations on older models. There are a few different brands that produce HO Scale Slot cars and railway crossovers; if you want to combine the two. Most new models are becoming more expensive and you can choose between DC and DCC. I only run DC with some Bachmann power controllers from the 1990s. As well as all of my rails coming from Bachmann. Your rails should be made of Nickel and Silver for the best reliability. For locomotives, you can really go wrong with Athearn Blue Box models from the 1970s to 2000s; they are easy to work with and run smoothly. They also offer a wide range of makes and models. I hope you find this useful, Thanks for Watching!! 🚂
Glad I found this channel randomly! Keep up the great videos! Can't wait to see more and go watch your older videos
Awesome! I try to show a wide variety of train and model train related content; I hope you enjoy it!! Thanks for Watching!! 🚂
