This felt like a dream, flying around over one of the most incredible landscapes in the world. Cappadocia was on my bucket list, and seeing it from the sky is definitely the way to do it. It looks like someplace in a science fiction movie. The views from the balloon look like another planet. Hope you're able to find a travel companion as it's probably more fun having a friend to share the experience with. Safer as well. Please take care and embrace the journey.
This was an exceptional video. I have piloted regular airplanes, flown in float planes, gliders, helicopters, and ultralight but never a balloon. That initial attempt to perform an inflation without incinerating the limp bag would seem risky. Also have never seen such a large basket like that. Wow. The scenery was truly spectacular. Good luck on the 193. I am completing #29 in September I hope.
