Moyes being loyal to his Everton backroom staff and taking them to utd with him, when he knew all of fergies team were willing to stay and work under him, was his biggest mistake, but how could he just discard them, if he was out and out ruthless he would have went to utd himself, but he showed loyalty to his staff.
