I remember this interview very well, but I wasn't aware of who Foetus was back then! Only two years alter I bought Hole and Nail and was in awe!
All to rare interview from the enigmatic JG. Never compromised even when he released "Gash" on Sony for one album.

I think the "badass" attitude is partly ironic satire of American Rock bands, and partly a cover for his shyness.
