There is a picture of this mountain here : gophari.com/spend-a-long-weekend-at-coffee-bay-eastern-cape/ clearly is visible that they have attempted to carve or cut the mountain on the left ,then changed their mind and left that part then they made a very vertical and flat cut ahead of that attempted cut , erosion by nature won't make a flat vertical wall like here...imagine who were those who were able technically to cut mountains , that hole also is too neatly half circle , and close view shows upper surface is smooth , erosion is not that smooth...even on this video at 3:30 you see that first attempt to cut mountain , btw at same moment 3:30 you see strange two parallel too straight lines on that left wall, like a cut mark ...they are too straight and too parallel if you pause and enlarge it...there are more on youtube of "faces carved on mountains "...search it
