The song was originally released by them in 1993 as a track on the EP of the same title reaching number 72 in the UK Albums Chart. It has been covered by Meja in 1996, Karen Ramirez in 1998, Jay Lopez in 2004 and by Sitti Navarro in 2006.

As if this song is 22 years old. First heard it when I was 13 years old on my first holiday abroad in Spain. Wowzers, makes me smile this song I remeber I met a French boy of the same age we could barely translate and this song used to play on the beach when we sat on the deck chairs smiling at each other. I wish Karen Ramirez had done more. I know she didn't write this - it was originally EBTG - but it is superb and so is the whole album. I still play it a lot.

Esta mañana en la radio del supermercado empezo a sonar, y gracias a shazam pude saber cual era la cancion.
Las primera veces que la escuche yo no tenia un telefono con mucho espacio... por lo tanto se me dificultaba tener shazam.
Y pensar que el mundo y nuestras vidas cuando conocí esta canción y empecé a buscarla... era muy distinto a lo que es hoy.

Its always difficult to explain the emptiness of modern creativity to todays young generations...the only way i can put it in words is that from somewhere around the 70's to about the turn of the millennium, we all lived taking the arts for granted and thinking that, not only would things continue to be amazing, but that things would actually get better in the same upwards trajectory as we'd known the past three decades. Unfortunately the very thing(the internet) that allows us to enjoy these same arts so conveniently has stifled all creativity in the newest generations and something special has been utterly lost...now, generally speaking, people simply consume instead of create. I'd give away all modern conveniences to get back to the feeling of experiencing truly special new music, movies, etc. I'll shut up now...amazing track.
