As for classic wow the part of the game that pisses me off to no end is how you can play fun builds while you lvl but after you hit 60 your dead in the water unless to do the one build for your class example shaman healer or warrior tank.
we need a FRESH!!! but ofcourse blizzard will launch fresh realms and later merge them with existing classic ... WHICH IS NOT WHAT WE WANT.... WE WANT A CLEAN SLATE.!
Season of survival. Hardcore inspired. Not full hardcore so less punishing. Death = cant resurrect for the day or something where death in group content (raiding, dungeons) isn't so punishing. Also survival elements like the torch stuff, hazardous weather, than new meters to care of, sanity (helped by spirit, consumables, healer classes, etc), hunger, thirst, stamina/sleep, temperature of cold/hot. Random world hazard environmental effects like sandstorms, blizzards, thunderstorms. Not too often like every couple hours but can occur once in a while once per day or a few times a week depending on zone. Player housing is a dream but would go well with it. Guild halls would be legit though for classic since it has more emphasis on community. Class halls could be cool too (ravenhold comes to mind)
The Blood Elves may not have fit the aesthetic, but they fit the lore going to the horde. The humans/dwarves used the surviving high elves (eventually become called blood elves, named by Kael after Arthas's attack and the slaughter/scattering of his people) as meat shields against the undead, hiding behind them and only sending reinforcements if it really threatened human land while simultaneously reminding them of how lucky they were to be a part of the human forces. Kael was pissed at the human leadership, no way the blood elves would just up and ally with the alliance after that.
if they did housing and you had to place your house 250 yards way from any placed object or npc; people would put them in the vast unused/neglected spaces along the coast. and in between zones. itd be cute af! if they let every person on an rp server do this you'd have to go out of your way to find someone's uninstanced house. AND there would be more than enough room for every single person.
Fresh era really won't be successful. The deviate delight movement is still just a small fad. It'll be slightly larger than SoM. After playing SoD, there's no way I'm playing the era versions of paladin priest druid hunter or shaman again. Even warlock mage and rogue are more fun now. If they time it right it could be bigger and more successful but fresh era should just be a thing in the backdrop. Not a big announcement event the way they're trying to make it. Seasonal should be the focus for the future of classic+ and also mmorpg testing, thus requiring a bigger team. Meaning no new content for fresh era. You want no changes there you go. No new raids or dungeons or quests.
as an era main i want them to build off of what's currently in this game (basically most of the shit in this video series from madseasonshow besides the shitty old game mechanics) rather than adding whatever else the wow devs want to make on their own like disgusting Season of Dicksuckery.
Nah I don't think that's true, but changes should come after a conversation with the community. Like the polling system of OSRS (70% approval rate required for the change to go through)
#nochanges is just a snapshot of the last balancing patch of vanilla. Real #nochanges would be a progressive vanilla server with all the gamebreaking bugs being systematically eliminated over the course of 2 years.
There are 2 types of classic player , classic era and classic + , classic era are brain dead no changes people , then there’s classic plus people that wants what classic era was supposed to be even an unreal engine 5 graphics upgrade would be perfect , so classic era people please just go away and let the the classic + guys get what we need.
LOVE Corpsegrinder @5:03 & I totally agree. In an actual Classic+, the Belfs should be on the Blue team, along with Worgen; & the Horde get Goblins & ( finally ) *Ogres. I'd also like to see some new Classes made avalable: Forsaken Hunters, Orc Mage, Tauren Priest & Orc Mage. Gnome & Human Hunter, Dwarf Mage & Nelf Pally sound good to me too. What changes *( of any kind )* would you like to see?

The alliance does have more freedom in class combinations but the horde has way more freedom in flightpaths :>

Just do fresh classic and once naxx patch is dead, release new patch’s with new raids and some kind of dueling/arena setup
