I’m so damn late with this but I’m so proud of you for this!! I know how much you’ve grown as a person becuase the Alexa I knew even just a year ago wouldn’t have been able to tell the world these things. You’re becoming more of yourself everyday and i’m so happy for you. The talk we had was seriously an eye opener I think for both of us ( YALL I GOT MENTIONED IN THE VID HAHA) and i’m glad that we have eachother through it all!

(kinda my fault tho ngl I didn't bother reaching out to them online ever since I transferred schools & I'm too numb to make proper friends rn in my current school since I can't bother caring anymore for some reason lol)
I felt the same way, I still remember not caring about making friends and stuff. I think I just gave up because everyone felt so fake but luckily there are genuine people who care about you after high school, especially family

@@rainy_878 I believe it, my sister and parents were there for me. There are real friends I've made since then but I remember how difficult it was in high school, I didn't exactly make it easy though.
@@dog-xq5jw yeah, I guess as we grow up people around us become more mature and understanding, letting us get genuine friends, in hs, people are usually selfish and immature since they're a bit inexperienced in life so no wonder it's harder to make friends when you want to be in the same wavelength of maturity

Wow, huh so I guess I was weird but not really. I had this exact same talk with my friend about the part that because your in a social environment in high school you could literally be in situations that NOO adult that has a good paying job and a happy relationship has to go through.
It's actually quite insane. Most of the people who were busy about Instagram and likes and posting on Snapchat are literally nobodys. The people that genuinely give a shit about the titles of best couple, best smile and all that jazz in high school don't have a passion. They only care about perception. The people that are up to shit and grinding aren't on there.
Meanwhile I did freelancing as a JUNIOR in high school ON MY OWN this summer. I didn't get ANY help with starting freelancing locally and I learned MANY things. Literally had a conversation with a girl that needed help with a technical assignment. She reached out and we texted. Did a meeting so I could help and I asked her what her passions are what was she up to? What is she looking forward to accomplishing? IDK if that's just her, but absolutely nothing to look forward to apparently, to goals... Nothing?!?
That's why I'm gonna try and find someone that genuinely has goals and dreams and pursued them to do them before meeting me. Im looking to be in a relationship with someone that's not contempt with where they are in life and wants to grow. There's already enough people like that online and nobody's irl. If I wanted to surround myself with people that were like that then I wouldn't have dreams of being successful and working closer and closer to get there.
