my advice is if you are thumb player never give up, and dont think changing to a tablet will make you better, keep practicing and strengthen those thumbs
As a veteran...maybe... (Played since 2018/19), I will suggest you to improve your accuracy first by PM all the past. It may sound boring but trust me... This help me a lot along my Arcaea journey. Also i keep watching my fav ytber gameplay like Benghalees (since I'm a thumb player) not just to get impressed, but to learn how to catch some tricky notes. Don't give up, you may take some rest but don't lose hope if you stuck.
I may reach a higher ptt if I keep trying back then... But since my eyes got even worse... I can't really spend my time grinding. Now my highest peak is 11.7+. Now dear newbies go beat my ptt. It's not that hard to reach this point if you consistently play.
Hopefully I can reach 12 by this year... I'm stuck on 11 for 3 years now since i dropped this game for months and am not consistently playing... Wish you all the best
Hey I have a question: Sometimes when I play a chart my eyes hurt when trying to play the chart when trying to read the chart (and I’m trying to figure out which note speed is recommended if this happens) I could also easily get epilepsy or motion sickness when playing a chart in arcaea but at the same time, I can’t just stop playing because of that, I honestly still wanna play Arcaea without getting epilepsy so uhh, Do you have any recommendations for me?
In the past Ive used to play with my thumbs. Then my scores have inproved once ive moved onto playing with my index fingers. I'm seeing that higher difficulties are very straining, sometimes looking impossible with just 2 fingers. Does it matter whether I additionally deploy my thums or middle fingers?
I don't know if I'm late to tell you this but here: Some songs are especially needed in other songs to clear (or fragments) Like what you said about " Clear Rise PRS " means you have to play the song Rise and clear it

Ive playing arcaea for a 5months + still cant do beyond 12 i can only do 8 its hard asl😭
8-9+ difficulties are easy for me, beyonds are fine too
