✔ 200g sour cream 20%
✔ 200g powdered sugar
✔ 2 eggs
✔ 250ml cream 33%
✔ 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
✔ 2 tablespoons starch
💚 Subtitles 💚
0:12 300g shortbread cookies.
0:37 Melt 120g butter.
1:33 400g cottage cheese.
1:52 200g sour cream 20%.
2:03 150g powdered sugar.
2:17 2 eggs.
2:26 250ml cream 33%.
2:43 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
2:46 2 tablespoons starch.
3:40 Boiling water.
3:48 Cook for 30 minutes at 150°C, and then another 30 minutes at 110°C.
4:26 Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
