I'm a 4w3 and I always strive for happiness, for hope, etc... although I dwell sometimes in darkness and like to write about it, I strive for light when Im integrated. Great representation of the 4s.
this is seriously soul-healing. I recently learned I'm a 4 and this is helping me navigate the beauty of being a 4. So many things are focused on the negative qualities of the 4, while this is showing people how beautiful, precious and powerful 4's are. Finally someone who gives 4's actual strategies to embrace their identity and remember they are perfectly and wonderfully made and they do not need to create identity out of tragedy. Thank you!

For my fellow type 4s. THE LEOPARD Paul D. McDonagh I pity the leopard for he cannot change his spots. He must look upon you with wonder and awe. That you are so free to keep your spots and the stories they tell of your life or to change them at will; at least redefine them in your own eyes not as blemishes to be hidden or forgotten, but as moments of truth full of meaning lost until you become willing to learn.
