They're the highest paid cheerleaders in the NFL, if they got paid nothing, the number of ladies trying out every year wouldn't change... its not something you do for pay.

They have to keep a strict diet to look tip top shape, they have to constantly do jumping splits and high kicks that go above their heads, and they work so many hours during every week. If the coaches of these cheerleaders have to find the best of the best girls to wear those DCC uniforms... then you’re gonna need to pay these ladies like they are the best. There are so many things these ladies go through just to be a DCC. Just by watching their show, it looks unreal what those ladies have to endure.

I’d love to see you try to do jump splits every single game and practice. I’d love to see you kick your legs up in the air, past your head. Some NHL steams have cheerleaders. One of my favs is Carolina because they just seem to show a lot more boob (NHL) they also are on tv A LOT and are basically the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders of the NHL
I wonder what the salary differential is between the players (who probably only actually play half a game each, with unlimited substitutions) and a Cheerleader (who dance their butts off all game without a real break) is...

exactly, they just performed a 3 minute routine with a kickline and jump split and they don't look winded at all.... very talented athletes.
