I grew up with my hair being brushed out, straightened, and told that my hair needed to be tamed. Once I stopped letting others do my hair, I was able to learn so much about my hair and its care. The only thing I still lack are actual hairstyles. I appreciate this video. :)

Usually when people are asking how i got my hair like that, they’re asking how I got it to be curly and I genuinely have to explain to these people that like… my hair grows this way because they don’t believe me
I always feel like I can't do hairstyles like this for my curly hair because Im white and I think dark skinned girls with curly hair can pull these hairstyles off but Imma try them. I love my hair but I always feel awkward and out of place because Im a white girl with 3c hair. Also, you are so pretty and man I wish I could get my hair as long as yours 🥺

There are so many factors to if a hair style looks good and sometimes it’s just different in your head but looks great to others, but I try doing different things and I recommend finding your face shape
