The phosphorous shells were only used against military targets. Not against any civilians. The rocket attacks are because Hamas wants to destroy Israel, not because of blockades. Gazans were not starving, neither was Israeli military in Gaza.
Egypt, Syria and Jordan attacked Israel in 1948, 1967 and 1973. Those three countries were determined to destroy Israel, a policy they publicly spoke about. There is no discrepancy in that fact.
Gaza was not an atrocity though. Civilian deaths are a tragedy, but Gaza is a war, where a third of Palestinian casualties were unintentional civilian deaths. Such things are commonplace to war. Darfur is ongoing violence against South Sudanese where all violence is intentional against civilians.

No Israeli weapons were used against Civilians. They were used in crowded urban areas against Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and it is unfortunate for the civiilians that Hams chose to use residential buildings as fighting bases.
Israel did not invade Gaza in 1967. Israel fought back against Egypt's invasion in 1967, and the armistice lines meant Gaza was transferred to Israel's governance.
Israel did not target any civilians or civilian targets. UN buildings were only targeted if Hamas fighters were inside, in which case it was correct to target those buildings. Justice in Gaza was Israel fighting back after eight years of Hamas and Islamic Jihad rocket attacks.
