Why didn’t the Judge add to his Sentencing? I was in a Court of Law for the Sentencing. The Defendant went like Stone did, threatening the Judge and Jury. First it was Thirty Days added, then added 90 more Days, he still didn’t shut up. Judge added another Six Months, by the time the Court Deputies dragged him out, I believe he had over two years added.

They file FOIA request and release the findings to the public. snopes.com, Politifact, FactCheck.org, military.com, citizensforethics.com, just to name a few.
Pertaining to Roger Stone, I base my claim on Bannon's testimony in the Mueller investigation, his testimony during his appearance before Congress, his grand jury testimony, and last but most importantly, in Roger Stone's case. If you know of any contradicting testimony I'm open to hear it. When I say testimony, I mean statements under oath.

He actually could've got 20 plus. The original sentence was between 7 to 9 cause of his attitude and contempt throughout with the court. It was slashed by half when A.G got involved. And even then "certain others" said it's unfair to the point everyone wondered how much Stone had contributed "$$$"

They originally were going with a 7 to 9 year sentence and even that got cut down. This is not something that after conviction that you're allowed to walk from.
If I was Stone I would be grateful for the 40 months with 2 years probation and a 20 grand fine. It could've been worse.
I feel your sentiment, but learned something new as I read the proceedings. There are enhancements that are presented by both sides and the judge rules if they're applicable. Previous offenses or lack thereof are taken into consideration as well. Then the judge announces the court's sentencing.

The judge had to be manipulated somehow. I bet if this was you were I would be under the jail, and they throw away the key. 7to9 years would have been appropriate for this man's age. After all he was found guilty for serious crimes.
