You can only do something like this with Nintendo games. I understand that you miss out on a lot of good games if you become "obsessed" with Nintendo, but only Nintendo has the kind of intergame synergy where you can imagine Kirby and Mario hanging out in some shared universe, sipping coffee on some crisp fall day. God of War is a good game, but who is Kratos gonna have coffee with? Nobody, that's who. The other consoles don't have it like Nintendo has it.
I imagine Kratos purely sustains himself off of wine. But yeah...a lot of video game soundtracks are just...generic. You can't remember what they sound like right after hearing them. Nintendo always manages to have games with memorable music. There's definitely some non Nintendo games with awesome music though.
Is it really only six months old? Wow. I keep coming back to this mix and it feels like an old friend.

I felt it was a bit early. It's still 105 degrees every day where I am but wanted to get it out before fall actually started.
