No Moa is just adjusting her earpiece but Momo saw her and instinctively copied her like it was a dance move only to realise what happened as Moa looked at her confused. Just a funny mistake lol

I think it's like a shell game .. Either Moa or Momo hide an object here and Su has to guess who has it. Just a little bit of fun. Su used to make weird faces here behind the mask, to get them to laugh. They have upped their game of inside jokes
