@deborahbaker4770 As sad as it is to see I agree it's a great idea. Brings awareness to people, encourages people to report knowing something will be done and reminds people that there's a lot of great animals in shelters that need homes and look at more than just breeders. All my dogs growing up have been from the humane society (except one that was a farm) and they've all been amazing.

Thank you to whoever called in this situation. It's a shame that there was a delay in seizure from earlier visits by the Humane Society. Law enforcement needs to respond faster, when life is in danger.
@@travelnc2g Exactly. With the deplorable conditions they're describing, to leave them with the owner for ANY amount of time is unforgivable. There are volunteer shelters, like the one locally where my little rescue is scheduled to get spayed and vaxed for $50 (plus tests for FLV and FIV extra), but they're few and far between. My friend spent a week trapping a cat and kittens, and when she took them to the SPCA they wanted her to pay a surrender fee and accused her of turning in her own animals and calling them strays. They eventually took them, but she would have had to release them if they turned her away, or had a houseful of unspayed and unneutered cats. That's often where it starts, an animal lover lacking the resources to pay for vet care and adequate feed, and unable to keep up with cleaning and care. It sounds like this person was a hoarder, because of the amount of accumulated stuff in the area. If resources could be offered early, with free or low cost spay/neuter and vax service, and help rehoming them, it could prevent this. To do that, agencies like SPCA and Humane Society would need more investigator/outreach workers and more vets and vet techs to accommodate the bigger volume of business. It all hinges on money.

A sorry situation for sure. At least many of these animals will have a chance for a loving family and a good life. I'm glad there are caring people who do this.
What took so long poor animals that are deceased by now. My heart breaks that they were not rescued. It should not have taken so long to confiscate them
The laws always favour the abusers and they always get their animals back too! Sickening. The process usually requires like 5 warning letters and other lengthy processes... while the animals linger & wither & suffer & die in those stupid lengthy processes of irresponsible laws
Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in TN would be a fabulous place for the Pyrenees. They deal with cases like his all the time, unfortunately. He would eventually find a loving home through them.
Big love to everyone who made this happen!!! The animals rescued will be so grateful to have warmth and love from their new families. The poor animals that are missing, and hearing the property having burn pile in the same sentence is a horror! Those poor animals didn’t deserve this. How did this ever get out of control like this? Intention could have been good, but it then goes into many, many animals that the person/people couldn’t care for. That’s so sad!❤
Hope so. Tho these scenarios are often people who can no longer take care of themselves and fell thru cracks. It's tragic all around. It's no better for the animals than being intentionally abused ofc. Glad they were finally removed at least
I have taken in 10 dogs during hurricanes for short periods of time for evacuees. The amount of coordination, food, water, and resources, talent and time it takes is a full time job for more than one person, especially when tornado warnings come and noise and rain and debris beating the house. I cannot fathom 20 dogs let alone 100 or 300. I was able to meet all the eye drops and medication and supplement needs and feedings and dashing outside to do their necessities by using my own working dogs as strong leaders to lead. Not easy. Short term, all back home
This guy is just Brilliant. I could not Possibly be more impressed with/by his Knowledge, Ability to Effectively Communicate, and his Personal Charm. Wow.
As long as people continue to purchase from pet stores and on line “pet boutiques” these mills continue to thrive. Rescue and stop helping mills grow by purchasing!

So thankful these animals were found in time, before it was too late. So many animals are being, abused & it’s cruelty & . the conditions they were in, no vets.
It’s totally true! I had to call in my neighbor again. I don’t even know why she has that pet. Since it was a puppy it’s been kept outside and now it’s freezing temperatures. I called the Animalcontrol, which is also the animal Humane Society up here and they tell me I have to call the police. She said well I’ll go. I can go out there and talk to her, but she probably won’t listen to me. You really have to call the police and I’m like the police don’t wanna do anything. They don’t wanna deal with that And by the time they do deal with it, the dog will probably be dead. All she said was. “ yeah probably.” that was the response from somebody at the animal Humane Society in Virginia, Minnesota, despicable!

Yes, never stop trying to help these dogs you see that need it- it’s persistence and being the squeaky wheel that gets attention and even if we have to be a thorn in their side, keep calling and reporting and asking and putting up social media reports and signs and asking any organization for help and especially lawmakers and if possible reaching out to these neighbors. Strength in numbers, the louder our voices the better! 🙌
They should have had this news conference the day after they saw the 250 animals in that condition - making an appeal to near by facilities to help with the inflow - not wait 6 weeks till all the T’s were crossed and I’s dotted and 170 pets dead .
Thank you Dr. Graham and you team (with the Beltrami Sheriff's dept) for this rescue operation. I am very fearful for the u located animals after you mentioned the remains of a fire. Small bodies of cats would not leave much if any evidence but *any* evidence of animal (dog) DNA in those bones that were found would be quite damaging for the people involved. The little orange and white cat cat is so precious. I wish I could adopt her but I am not able to right now.
2-3 months after the first time it was known 200+ animals needed help? during that time 150 dogs/cats 'went missing' ? sadly, many probably died and were eaten by the starving animals. As a society we need to help these failing 'rescues' much earlier & faster.please!
We are all so grateful for your bravery (both physical and mental), your educational dedication and your ability to stay composed and professional when making these, what have to be, very emotional and testing decisions. Stay who you are. We, and all the animals, need you. If you need us, don't hesitate to ask. Financially ...of course. Emotionally... Don't forget to ask.
aT 16:30 the vet said in November 2024(last month), there were 200 contained cats and 30 roaming cats,, BUT ONLY 29 CATS were rescued. WHERE ARE THE REST OF THE CATS??????????????
Thank goodness for these people. My Chi is from a dog hoarding home in Texas (Now a MN girl), and it took a few years to get her comfortable and happy. But seeing her like this is so sweet. Please think of fostering or adopting, it takes a lot of patience, but the outcome is soooo worth it!
Why did it take so bloody long to get these animals help? There is something so effed up about the system that lets animals starve near to death before they get help. When a situation is so dire, why the hell can't animals be siezed immediately?
I recently took in a cat who was so thin I couldn't accurately weigh her, she was 5 lb in a few days, and is now 9.8 lb and trying to take on the entire household. She was very dehydrated when she came in, so cats don't always manage to fend for themselves too well outside. She had no chip, no one responded to our FB post and a reverse image search didn't find pictures of her very distinctive calico pattern, so I have a cat! Thanks, cosmic cat distribution system!
What a wonderful vet and spokesperson. I am so glad that they were able to rescue 64 of these animals. A big thank you to all those who worked on this rescue! No one can care for 300 animals. How did they get all these animals? Did they apply at shelters and were accepted? Or was this just going on for years and the animals were not spayed.
It’s utterly egregious that those animals were left there to continue suffering under those horrific conditions for just short of seven weeks AFTER the issue was discovered and AFTER repeat visits confirmed that they still weren’t receiving even the more basic of care. Egregious. So hungry they were fighting over stool … but they were just left there anyway. Now 172 cats and several dogs are “missing” as a result. This is heart-rendingly sickening. The authorities and AHS completely and utterly failed every one of those animals.
Exactly, this isn’t how it’s don where I live, they will care for the animals on site, send sone to other shelters and rescues, foster homes, even ask the public for help, not collect cages and supplies over time, what is the purpose so they can say they did it all themselves and collect donations, or are they just incompetent, and what is he saying they probably can’t get the three cats they left, which means got out of the buildings when they were trying to get them, all you do is set humane traps with cat food, if they are so starving they will come quickly to the traps, and since this is such a large property they will probably find way more than three running loose, it may be where the other other 170 are, may have just been turned loose by the owners, I doubt they just killed them all when they were thinking that they were helping them, seems they are some where, and none of the animals they showed were starving, they need to get out there and set traps for the cats as they are doing for the dogs
Some people are so barbaric! I'm sure it's very traumatic for the team to care for these animals. Bless you and your team for the miracles that you perform on the babies.❤

@lynncollver6067 I don't want this to sound mean but they don't need G-d's help right now. They need *human* help. Prayers to God to open human hearts to adopt and care for these animals is what is needed.
God bless this DVM ..chief director. N entire staff
What a sweetie pie all poor baby😢😢😢😂❤
A sorry situation for sure. At least many of these animals will have a chance for a loving family and a good life. I'm glad there are caring people who do this.
What took so long poor animals that are deceased by now. My heart breaks that they were not rescued. It should not have taken so long to confiscate them
I could not agree more. The authorities were negligent, taking two months to return and save the poor animals. This is a travesty.
The laws always favour the abusers and they always get their animals back too! Sickening. The process usually requires like 5 warning letters and other lengthy processes... while the animals linger & wither & suffer & die in those stupid lengthy processes of irresponsible laws
God bless you wonderful people for taking care of the animals 🙏🏽💕
❤God Bless you all rescuing these innocent precious animals ❤️.
Those owners must be held accountable. ❤
What an amazing vet ❤
A jarring mix of heroes & monsters.
Praying these FurBabies make it.
❤️🙏🏻🐾
Will the negligent owner be held accountable?!
Hope so. Tho these scenarios are often people who can no longer take care of themselves and fell thru cracks. It's tragic all around. It's no better for the animals than being intentionally abused ofc. Glad they were finally removed at least
Thank you so much for taking these beautiful animals in
I have taken in 10 dogs during hurricanes for short periods of time for evacuees.
Tile floors on concrete foundation and backup pee pee pads helps for times when it isn't safe to go out. Thorough cleaning afterwards.
🐾🙏💕thankyou,!!!!!!!!
PRAY FOR ALL
This guy is just Brilliant.
Well no, that’s not the reason they are in the d sac gape they are in most rescues and shelters
Did you listen to the doctor? This wasn't a puppy mill.
Special place in hell for people who abuse God's animals. Those animals give us love 24.7 and this is what they get in return.... Fing discusting!
Over 170 Wow o so sad, so messed up.
I certainly hope the little kitten is able to regain some sight
I totally HATE humans!!! To do this to defenseless animals is uncalled for. Only can hope the legal system will hold them accountable. I Pray that all these special fur babes will find good forever homes. Bless all that has taken care of these animals ❤
Some people, not all.
Not all heroes wear capes.........sometimes they wear scrubs.
YES !!!! 💞
Omg 😱 horrific!!! How horrible! Those poor babies! I pray these people get prosecuted for animal cruelty & every thing else!! I pray those animals get the care & heal from their trauma . Those poor 170 animals!!! They killed those babies!! I also bet animals also killed each other. So sad 😞… Lord please be with your beloved animals brought to us for companionship. They’re all probably so scared. 💗🙏🏻😞😩🤬😡.
Thank you vets for your service & love for these animals.
So thankful these animals were found in time, before it was too late. So many animals are being, abused & it’s cruelty & . the conditions they were in, no vets.
Why the hell don't we have better laws that allow for IMMEDIATE CONFISCATION if they are being feed. WTF is wrong w/ our laws?

I'm sorry you're having to witness such neglect too, it's really hard, I know 😔, it surely should not be ok that authorities can't do something, anything for these situations, there's so many left behind 😭, I will send prayers 🙏 and bless the animals .
All you can do is keep trying.
Sadly they are considered "property" and seizing ones "property" requires legal process.
They should have had this news conference the day after they saw the 250 animals in that condition - making an appeal to near by facilities to help with the inflow - not wait 6 weeks till all the T’s were crossed and I’s dotted and 170 pets dead .
Fighting over a piece of feces to eat?! Those poor creatures. 😢
Too little too late!! Prayers for animal justice through st Francis
2-3 months after the first time it was known 200+ animals needed help? during that time 150 dogs/cats 'went missing' ? sadly, many probably died and were eaten by the starving animals. As a society we need to help these failing 'rescues' much earlier & faster.please!
6 weeks.
The Pyrenees is so incredibly beautiful ❤ thank you so much for helping him ❤❤❤
They have to follow the law first.
Why did you leave all the animals in November? Now, 170 of them are missing.
Some people are so barbaric! I'm sure it's very traumatic for the team to care for these animals. Bless you and your team for the miracles that you perform on the babies.❤
I really cant fathom these ppl. I mean, i got land and i need a livestock dog to help at night and for the life of me i cant find one at all. Yet these ppl find animals like its free and plenty and hoard to a nonsense state. Blows my mind
Did they mention arresting the people who abused these animals? They better arrest, prosecute the owners.
The Doctor is amazing he is a Earth angel
