But what I didn't know was that they were in a dispute with Motown records to create their own music. Every time I heard a great song, I would think, man why can't the Jackson 5 make a great song like that. Well, by 1978 the Jackson 5 did leave Motown and signed with Epic records and released "Shake your body down." I just smiled and Michael never looked back! Great job Michael. I knew you could do it and did you ever! Wow!

Thanks so much for posting this my brother...My genre of music is actually classic rock, I play both electric and acoustic guitars...But ever since I was 9 years old, I've been a loyal fan of Michael Jackson, I've wanted to seek some support from some fans club, to train myself back then to perform his dance moves for the dance contest in some noontime channel TV show in the Philippines but I've never had an oppurtunity. There wasn't just many active fans in the my country back then. We all know, Michael just made so much inspiration, passion and impact to everyone's life all over the world, I miss him so bad. Fans Club all over the world should make an organization and celebrate Michael's contribution to music and peace througout the world. It should be done every year. Thanks so much for posting this my brother...My genre of music is actually classic rock, I play both electric and acoustic guitars...But ever since I was 9 years old, I've been a loyal fan of Michael Jackson, I've wanted to seek some support from some fans club, to train myself back then to perform his dance moves for the dance contest in some noontime channel TV show in the Philippines but I've never had an oppurtunity. There wasn't just many active fans in the my country back then. We all know, Michael just made so much inspiration, passion and impact to everyone's life all over the world, I miss him so bad. Fans Club all over the world should make an organization and celebrate Michael's contribution to music and peace througout the world. It should be done every year. That would be nice, and it's just one of my simple dreams to come true, in remembrance of MJ.
