For a simple wet/dry setup, albeit without full attenuation, you could run the PS in parallel with another cab and run effects through the PS loop. Or just get another power amp and run stereo in the PS loop and between PS line out and the other power amp.
User rig rundowns would be also a good addition to the PowerStation series or videos.
Thanks for coming up regularly on such videos!
My 2nd PS100 arrives Monday = Stereo :-)
Imagine that you want to do a wet/dry/wet going out of Synergy preamp modules make from stereo ,,, i guess you'll need 3 of those Power station 100's ,, for me the use i am looking for is going through this without speaker cabinets direct in like in interface for studio recording ,i have two Fender dual Showman's and 3 Marshall se 100 attenuator speaker simulators these have also the extra function to have a only preamp in and going to line out/ has a through back to speaker cabinet /of coarse amp in to line out.
There would be a much more effective way to do that without buying redundant gear. Please contact support@fryette.com
bought (and sold) the PS twice. i use a reactive load now with a stereo poweramp
So I have an ad140 and a Mesa 2:90. If I added a PS100, would I be able to use my ad140 as preamp into the ps out to a cab and the line out to fx then into the 290 for a w/d/w? What about splitting the amp outputs with one 8ohm output to a cab and the other to a ps for wet/dry?
I'm still wrapping my head around what all this can do but it's definitely going to be something I'll get sooner or later.
It may never happen, but still hoping for a Power Station Mini, then I can just buy two and not worry about the size/weight
People are just excited about the products, which is awesome. You will always get weird and autistic questions when you run an innovative business catering to creatives,… it goes with the territory and its never gonna change.
Too long a video just to say it doesnt do stereo
Can you please get rid of the intro thing to these videos? It's so freakin' loud out of the blue!
All this time I thought the PS100 was a two-input / two-output gizmo. (FACEPALMING OVER HERE)
PS100 has been a game changer to my rig. it's a perfect power amp to connect the modelers to traditional cabs AND an amazing attenuator for making big amps quieter OR little amps louder thru big cabinets. and it's robust as hell. probably the perfect product. thanks Fryette
