Seeing this grown-up version of a peanut butter cup just hit a different part of my heart. I guess this is what pure joy feels like. Thank you for this and your soothing story-telling like voice.
An interesting bit of trivia for the Reese’s peanut butter cup is the creator came up with the flavor of the peanut butter by accident. He accidentally over roasted the nuts which gave them an even darker and richer flavor. Something that maybe could be done with this as well, I donno how hazelnuts would take being over roasted since some become bitter.
This is so well done: thorough, lucid, beautifully photographed and genuinely enticing. And only once was the word "like" used incorrectly; for the BA Test Kitchen, a true miracle.
You can order and have the actual reeses cups shipped to you with the largest size being 2 half pound cups. I'm sure this doesn't taste the same, it's like when you buy the generic version of a product and on the packaging it says compare to lol😄 nice effort though 🤷♂️.
I'm pretty sure she is not trying to recreate reeses cups.... like she used hazelnuts (not peanuts) and did better chocolate so obviously it ain't gonna taste the same?
Thanks Shilpa, great job. I lost my sweet tooth years ago. Kinda sad for me but has been good for the waist line. I still like sweets, I just don't crave them anymore. My wife's favorite by far is Reese's peanut butter cups. So I'm going to make this for her on our 37th anniversary this year. Bon appetito. Ciao for now. 🙂
I really don’t like these over produced segments. I enjoy seeing the personalities of the cooks. This type of content strips the cook of both their personality and simultaneously does not allow them to build their own brand. The music is also 🙄
@@wxwxsrg it *was* fine, i wasn't being super serious. I just find it funny that that's what they're showing as Shilpa said Courtney is a video master. Lol

This was incredibly satisfying to watch. Her voice, the recipe, everything was perfect!
This video felt like an Alvin Zhou production with the music in the background and peaceful overall tone.
I miss Alvin's videos!
That's a good thing in my books

Almost a throwback to Gourmet Makes!

"Always toast you nuts" Duff
10/10 for the filming and editing. Feels like a popular Netflix show that shall remain nameless 😂
The return of Gourmet Makes?????

Were is the recipe
Weird title, like I'm supposed to know who's hosting.
clicked immediately
un manjar
There's a tiny bit of "rest of effing owl" thing happening here because we never see how she manages to make the chocolate sides so neat
This is very close to being an asmr video lol. Lower some peaks, speak a tiny bit softer and you're there.

its just sugar ... really why ?
Powdered sugar is corn starch and sugar. It’s acting as sort of a binder.
Viewing this as a spiritual successor to Gourmet Makes, I approve. 🥹🥹
What a wonderful, calm, and beautiful video. I could listen to Shilpa all day, and this recipe is divine.

Why does this LoFi format seem like the future of Bon Appetite going forward? I love it
That ice cream cone trick is genius!
Background music reminds me of watching Peanuts. I love it.
This was like unintentional ASMR. More videos like this, please!!
This video was oddly relaxing 🥰 love that new format!
This was so soothing. I can't wait to try it!
I'd rather have this than a birthday cake tbh
it's almost ASMR but not quite. the soft beat in the background makes this video very calming. also the giant butter nut cup looks delicious
That's beautiful! My daughter will be so excited to see our next project!
"You got your hazelnut in my chocolate!" "You got your chocolate in my hazelnut!"

This was very relaxing to watch… well done 😊
I get a kick out of the Peanuts sounding music.
When I make these I make my own peanut butter filling and use ground up peanut brittle in the peanut butter filling. Yum😊

A Certain previous series comes to mind watching this….

I just love the feeling of Shilpa's videos. And using waffle cones in place of feuilletine is brilliant!

Amazing!
This is a pie

Scrumptious 😋
does the chocolate melt if you leave it out of the freezer too long?
She didn't mention or show it being tempered so yeah, it would soften at room temperature. Maybe that makes it more like the smaller candy?
You’re my hero 😊
Yummy 😋
Metal utensil in a non stick pan. Big yikes.
“Nut butter” 😂😂😂

Are we really resorting to making giant food like tasty? Ohh how the once mighty have fallen.
7:25 Courtney didn't do a good job framing her video there lol
It was fine, and maybe just concentrate on the rest of the vid of you didn't like it.

Who in the food industry made it mandatory for every recipe to be tied to some family back story, fire whomever that was!
Why? Food is tied to memories. That’s a beautiful thing
Dirty fingernails?
loved the chill vibes
Yummy 😋
disgusting
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to you! You can use that coal you get to warm up your cold heart
