This is not house or hardstyle.. This is called jump and was very popular in belgium/france and a bit in holland from 2005-2010. Tracks like this don't get made anymore these days.. The genre evolved a bit to what they call tekstyle nowadays like mark with a k and others.. It's the same like retro house ( bountyhunter, bonzai...), still popular but never been made after that area unfortunately..
