@@kage5835 It's -almost- ridiculous how much worse mono audio music sounds with a headset. It's okay if it's speakers but by god with a headset it's the difference between someone playing music from their phone speakers or from a portable bluetooth speaker.
this game is so fucking great, extremely generous with their f2p players, the music is all insane, the graphics are perfect, the art and physics are amazing, the gameplay is satisfying yet simple, the story is extremely well written and emotionally compelling

If Nikke music we talk you need hear 'Clarion's Call' 'Goddess of Victory' & 'Wings of Victory' Red Ash is the Theme song of Red Hood & is about her final battle because she is dying by Corruption (Nikke Cancer) & Ultra was the one who corrupted Red Hood, in the end she die but no ultil she save her squad mates & plant the seed of the new generation.
"The Collector" is the first boss theme of the game and due to story reasons it incorporates the main theme of the game in the vocalising. The stakes of this fight are very high leading to the moment that everyone who comes into the game because of the fun horny gacha game to leave with depression and the intention to stick with the game for the actual story.
That fight, and "The Collector" is such a huge contributor to the initial story hook. I'd argue that hook is some of the best hooks in gaming altogether.
I really love how Behemoth's boss ost (the first one in the video) has the pov of Behemoth and the Commander (you). Behemoth is the main voice while Commander is the backup
There's many more good ost cosmo released so I'll be waiting more analysis in great endeavor and also hoping you continue blue archive as I enjoyed your reaction on it.

Thanks for coming back to Nikke. I don't know if Harvester is dubstep or more like Drum and bass, it's pretty fast. PS: If the game only had cute characters without a great story and great music, I don't think it would have been such a success.
I'd say my favourite music from nikke is a bit of music called "On the Cliff" and following that "A Path of Broken Heels" which is like a different version that came from a later event, both use the same motif but I think they're amazing.
You should def react to some more nikke songs, you only scratched the surface. Afterglow, Bulletstorm, Moving Fortress, Land eater, Inferno of nihilist/burn it all, Never giving up, Alive.
Collector, Harvestor and Red Ash are soooo good! Red Ash + playing Warframe with my Atomicycle Oh, and if you do a third(?) part, please include "'Clarion's Call". It is at minimum on the same level as the three I mentioned above. If you include the event story, then it beats these soundstracks by a mile. And funny that you say that with Nikke you would probably be poor, when Nikke is one of the Gacha that you can play F2P or with very little (daily login gems) pretty well.

Hell yeah!! Daybreak is one of my favorite Nikke songs!! The other 2 are Afterglow and Unbreakable. But I love most of the songs in Nikke.
