Apologies for the slight technical issues on one of the mics today (we haven't done a Zoom manager special for a while). 😂

My name is Tonga and I am the Mauri Gaz brought in to change the club’s fortunes 😂 I was paid very well and tried my best but found it extremely difficult to stop myself having a laughing fit.Good luck in your next appointment Gaz 👍

The club gave Gareth a contract to summer 26…so paying off critchley and staff, paying wycombe , paying Gareth and staff, paying new guy and his club…QPR massive in debt…why they give big deals all the time and chairman Amit gets away with it.

great discussion. Is it a crazy thought to think that Warburton replacing Ferdinand may be a clever call ffor local and divisional knowledge?

Thanks guys, we shall see, never heard of him until now. Positive things have been said about him and a 44.49 percent win rate, he has to do better than Ainsworth and hopefully he will create a team to eventually contend for the Championship in due course. COYR'rrs.

If we can get a couple of clean sheets and no red cards in November, that'll be a good start 😊

Really good thoughts and analysis on this fellas! For me Gareth Ainsworth was a shocking appointment from the very start, completely the wrong set of players for his system (we had Critchley before him, who was definitely a great ‘coach’ but lacked the man management and his style was way too direct 442 but nowhere near GA’s gruel) and it seemed doomed from the start. I think the board were hoping for a big rousing character as we were on a serious slide when he came in, luckily we managed to survive, just, and prob shouldve made this appointment in the summer. FFP has really crippled us this year, we went for it 2 years ago under Warbs and again last year under Beale so this year we had to really cut back to stay within our 3 year FFP loss. Being a ‘small’ club with an average gate of around 16/17k just doesnt generate the funds to keep us in the green, so player development to sell on our assets for profit is key for us which completely went out the door once Warbs & Beale left. Board level too is pretty shocking right now, DOF isnt in place and theres a lot of work needed behind closed doors.

QPR always end up getting out of trouble.

QPR fan, he can't do any worse , a change was needed and the football was dire, 20% possession your not gonna win games, i think he'll do ok, keep us up this season and start to rebuild in a few area's, hopefully he can get Lyndon Dykes scoring more than 1 every 10 games

Time to sell the club to someone who wants to recruit some decent players. No players bought recently, only free transfers coming in.
