Hello Sir, please what exactly can be used /done with Customer Community Guest User ?? I mean, for external users that won't login. Could they use the knowledge base, Chatter etc ? I did not find a table/doc explaining that!
They can use knowledge if the articles are set to be shared publicly. There used to be a way to allow Chatter for guest users, but I don't think that's still available. They can create and view records, though, which can go far. They can also see any public pages and the associated components.
It is a nice session. How does it work if i have to create a case using Customer Community Login License . Can others see it since this license is used by others. I am not clear with this. Please clarify
Other external users will not be able to see the Case if sharing is set up properly. You may configure the community to ensure that other users at the same company can see the case, but that's not required. Internal users, depending on permissions, can see the case.

Internal users with a user type of "Standard" get access to communities automatically; you will just need to add the relevant profile to the applicable community.
Hi, can we add Knowledge Articles and File section in separate object Record Page like on Right side I want show records details and its Related list and lift side I want to keep Articles, Files and Calendar but it should not appear for other record page. when i click Account on right side it should show Articles,Files and calendar if I click on Contact or cases it should show only case details only.
You can definitely show specific related lists on a detail page. The key is whether the child objects have a lookup to the object of the record you're looking at. Files, for example, for sure, you can do that. Really just depends on your data model.
@19:00 Access by license type, the slide says Baseline Standard object for Customer Community and Premium Standard Objects for partner community. I would like to know few Baseline Standard Objects.
hi while connecting CMS json connect with Wordpress site,I am not able to see the Apex hours blog on site and when i checked on console it reurnes 404 error.What is origin of this problem and how to solve it?

@@apexhours Actually the part of this session 1 to 5 is far better then imtroduction....English is not the issue...but the way of explanation is boaring in that Vedio..Also provide the knowledge of login information from Community page is missing, agin i say part 1 tp 5 is so good but not like introduction

@@tejasbagade504 For example, Opportunity and Lead are only available for Partner Community users, not for Customer Community users.
