May I suggest using a 3M respirator with a 2078 or 2296 filter on them? When it's that bad it's not good for your health to breath it in. The two filters named are P95 or P100 level of filtering and both have activated charcoal to help filter the smells. I'm extremely sensitive to odors and chemicals and sometimes to clean I need to use them. They're also not too expensive either - the 2078 is going for 4.50 for the filters and a respirator starts at 20 dollars. Sorry you come back to that kind of mess.
