Bodybuilding saved my life, I was low, I was depressed, I was weak, weak asf. Bodybuilding helped absolutely everything, it gave me the strength to go on when I seriously felt like giving it all up.❤️
people will keep saying "Oh bodybuilding is not a sport it's not a sport..." But you ask them to do it for just 1 year or even try and do one contest prep... and I assure you most won't even be able to stomach it... the low calories and the hardcore training and the financial aspects and the hardcore opponents... it is not just a sport... it's the ULTIMATE SPORT. If you can be a top bodybuilder you can be anything you want. It is why so many top bodybuilders are succesful because the mentality required to succeed in bodybuilding will be the most powerful tool you carry with you into any other aspect of life.

It's not a sport dumbass, bodybuiding = drugs, drugs and drugs, if it's a sport it would have a place in the Olympic, also no sport pay as low as bb, and bodybuilder can't run, can't jump, can't ect, and then they die of heart attack
I dont think that bodybuilding is a sport,but it is fantastic,a lot of hard work....but its different,powerlifitng is a sport alsoweightlifting....

For me it is not only a sport whit this sport i am building my personality it can turn you from shy to confident
And a research was made showed that a big percentage of the pro bodybuilders had a hard childhood and they was trying to find who they really are
