It was Fire, Electric, Earth, and Psychic 90 that were nerfed, btw. Water wasn't touched.
You're taking too much damage in the opening.
Put one of your supports on a Skade set. Either give them feather, or take Cloak.
Finish starring up Storm and use him. He has both heals and cleanses. Your Dowser also only has S2 at level 1, so that's not healing for much. Upgrade that. Genie is only a reliable healer with T2 unlocked.
Glaucus on incorrect artifact, as you noticed at the end lol. Swap for War Skull or Claw.
I'd take Neptune, Dowser, Storm, Glaucus, Genie. Health Magic is preferable, but if you don't live through the opening, then take Protection Magic. Kill Dowser with good Glaucus Jammu procs and finish it off with Neptune. Restart if it lives. Storm S3 to heal/cleanse after the Hydra S3s, save Dowser S2 to heal/cleanse the Hydra S2s.
You don't have enough water dragons built, so your chances of winning are slim tbh.

Ah damn i thought water got nerfed aswell no wonder i still got destroyed and yes i need better water dragon and than i will try again
