PAOLO

Paolo is a project on the figure of Paolo Grassi. Not a documentary show, not a didactic show: rather a photograph of an extraordinary man even before a memorable show worker, Paolo, in fact, even before Grassi. In the desire to reflect on this figure, the dramaturgy places in the foreground aspects that bring it closer to us people of today: we wanted to grasp a common denominator to its work, trying to make it a universal material to speak to everyone, especially those who do not know it. .
Davide Gasparro, director and actor on stage, assisted by the analysis and dramaturgy work of Paola Ornati, brings together the voices, the testimonies and the facts, to compose, from our present, the story of the extraordinary life adventure of a man even before of a cultural operator, trying to enter into communication with this person, now that we are separated from him by forty years of absence, to highlight the strength, power and topicality of his message and his teaching, through words .
How can you be a point of reference for the cultural life of a country for fifty years? How do you manage the power that is given from a position of prestige, balancing the privileges and constraints to which this power is subjected? How can you be tireless readers of your present always looking for new solutions? Basically: why is it so important to do your job well?
