@@imyournightmare6115 D&G Light Blue Intense: no, the max to me is 4 hours max before it completely disappears. So if you choose to buy it, also get the travel spray for touchups (or use a decant). A similar fragrance with a bit more lasting power (and cheaper) is I love love by moschino, especially in the drydown

I don’t agree with Burberry Brit. The scent doesn’t smell to light. I had this man tell me the other day while I’m waiting for the light to cross, “ Dame girl, u smell good”! Lol! I was like, me?!
To my nose the Viva Juicy Couture (the first one you mentioned) smells mostly like a floral perfume whereas in Juicy Couture Noir I smell a lot of fruity notes (not so much in the first one), caramel ( a lot) and esp. a very delicious vanilla. In my book, it is a fruity oriental perfume. I love them both - and I am not a young person :-)
Haha I'm a chemist and it's funny how you had to explain that perfumes tend to linger more in the hotter climates. I have oily skin so I'm pretty fortunate most perfumes last on me.
I love Olivier Cresp, I’m almost guaranteed to love anything he has had a hand in creating. He has a fantastic range with Avon called Today, Tomorrow Always, quality bargains from a master perfumer.

@yana Irbe - I purchased D & G Light Blue Intense from a notable online discount seller for my Fiance-----We had to return it because the strong rubbing alcohol smell that would not go away. Do you get that at all ??? the smell under it is fantastic.
Thank you Yana. I also love perfume and feel naked without it. I really love classic perfumes like Lancome Poeme and Givenchy Organza. However, sadly a lot of companies after a while will decide to 'reformulate' (make more cheaply) their perfumes which is what happened with Organza. I was heartbroken!! I also love Philosophy "Fresh Cream". I love rich florals and gourmand scents. I also "L" from Soft Surroundings which is a honey tobacco scent; yummy!

Same here! Burberry Brit Sheer has been my go to since college and DG Light Blue Intense is a recent fave!
I chose the Brit sheer from scent bird on my last subscription and I LOVE it! I will be buying a full size!

I don’t know but Burberry Brit to me... isn’t that soft when u first put it on. After hrs of wear, u get the whiffs of musk. Beautiful!

I wouldn't say all of these are summer fragrances. Some of these would not work in very hot humid weather

I'm allergic to alcohol base scents... preferring essential oils myself
I hate perfumes that have a high overpowering alcohol scent. I smell these in more 'cheaply' made perfumes. Essential oils are nice also.
