Sunday is definitely the highlight in terms of markets, but the weekdays I'd still recommend coming. The cafe's are amazing and they have quite a lot of Michelin Star restaurants as well.
Dave, didn't she put the dressing on the Thai fishcake? It will be much delicious with the dressing. Normally the dressing ingredient is a mixture of sugar, venegar, chilli, shallot, and cucumber.

Food in Phuket is a bit of a Challenge for Muslims & Surpringly it's like Purposely being done that the Wording Halal in majority of the Restaurants are very Rare to get the Right choice of Food... Otherwise its all mixture of Pork Chops and Crawling Creatures... Even the sea Food will be mixed with Pork ribs on the same Shelter......
