I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I had so many dark spots all over my face. So much to the point where I would not go out side without a full coverage foundation and I would cry over how bad my skin looked. After a week it had broken down so much of those dark spots and after two weeks I saw a big big change I am now going on my 3rd month using it and almost all of my dark spots but like 3 or 4 are gone and I feel comfortable and confident to go a full two days without any kind of makeup on my face!!! So so so so so so so so love this product. It was life changing.

lol I'm a dude and realized had been getting sun spots on my face (looks like lil freckles) after realizing this I was not pleased so my mom actually had this same serum girl in video is using and decided to try this on the sun spots on my face. To my surprise this stuff really works like no BS! So this can be used for guys and girls and it also works wonders if you get dark scars from cuts or pimples/acne. Give it a try, lil pricey but it's cuz it WORKS!
Hey I have been on a huge hunt for skin lightening products for hyperpigmentation and also noticed that hydroquinone 2% is actually in a lot of other products that are NOT as expensive as Murad and just as effective. If you end up wanting to try other things look into Ambi Skin Discoloration Fade Cream. It's only about $10 or under online. Another one I use is is Reviva Labs Skin Lightening Night Cream. I have tried so many super expensive ones and have not noticed any better results.
I didn't notice anything really. It is slightly drying sometimes; that may help a tiny bit. Otherwise, I would recommend something like a drying lotion (Kate Somerville has one & so does Mario Badescu -not sure if that's spelled right :/ ). Those are made specifically for breakouts. :)
This product is safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. The results of the test were based on cows who ingested pills. Ive talked to several doctors who all agree it is safe if only used on skin. Its in a class C category.
I tried the origins mega bright by dr.andrew weil and it didn't lighten any of my spots. I'm seriously considering if this would work, thanks for your review! :)
Around puberty age, I developed this strange discoloration at the sides of my mouth. I hate it, it looks like a shadow, and make me look like I'm frowning all the time, or like I have chocolate residue at the corners of my mouth. It's gross. And it got slightly worse as an adult too. Avoiding sun exposure has helped, but it's still there. I got a full sized sample of this from Sephora, so I'm hoping this will work.

AND IT WORKED! :D Unfortunately, since it was just a sample, I didn't have enough product to fully get rid of the discoloration, but it definitely lightened it considerably, and it's stayed that way too. It's been about 8 months since I ran out, and the skin stayed lightened. I was worried it would returned to a dark color after treatment, but the results appear to be permanent, which is awesome. I kept it pretty much constantly covered because I was so diligent and eager. That's not recommended though, so I had some side effects with dry, peeling skin because of that. So use with caution. Once the dry skin went away, I continued with treatment until I ran out of product. I still can't afford the full sized product, but I'm definitely considering it. I would highly recommend trying this out.

I ordered their whole system and made it very very clear that I am breastfeeding a baby and didn't want any product that may be unsafe for my daughter. She sold me this product and the night my kit came I used it. In one night I noticed a change but my kit didn't really come with instructions so I went to look. I learned that it's been deemed unsafe for use during pregnancy & breastfeeding! I'm upset that the company sold this to me just to make money putting my baby at risk!
I talked to one of the ladies at sephora and they led me to this as well because I have major pigmentation that I want to get rid of and she also lead me to Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Vitamin C Collagen Booster to help speed the process so your not using it for so long (:
