- Christopher Nolan's most common theme is not time, it's lies and self deception. From The Dark Knight, to Inception, to The Prestige, to Tenet, this theme of deception shows up in every Christopher Nolan film.

I swear to God I am going to watch the Prestige soon. Please stop throwing bluray copies of it through my window. Replacing the glass is very expensive and my landlord is pissed.
WATCH IT NOW, ELI!
@@CenterRow I AM AT WORK. GOOD GOD HOW DID YOU EVEN GET A BLURAY COPY IN HERE? THERE ARE NO WINDOWS IN THIS OFFICE.
Was that the first one with hugh Jackman
@@darylgreer5184 ya, it’s on hulu

This is such high quality content. Really makes you think. Great job 👍
Also I just saw the views. I assumed it was in the millions but was shocked by how low it is. Hope the UA-cam algorithm kicks in someday
Here's hoping!
Bro, I don't know why people aren't subscribing to your channel. You have great videos
Thanks! Who knows.
Wanting to be fooled pretty much explains current american politics! Great video and analysis. Thanx!!!
Imagine if Nolan Directed Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban or Goblet of Fire.
Interesting
@@CenterRow which would you prefer
@@jamesenglebert9149 Goblet of Fire of course!
One of the best Nolan movies
The Prestige?
@@CenterRow yes, love that movie
Might just be his best
I literally watched the Prestige on the day this video released.
Perfect timing!
Good video
Thanks!
Interesting
Haha thanks
Nolan both contradicts and validates his message with Tenet's release and his anger towards Warner pledging to release films on streaming services at the same time as theatres that watching his movies in a cramped theatre during a pandemic is a justified end from the means of spreading a disease. He lies to himself that this is a reasonable thing to think.
Lol
For the algorithm ✊🏻
Appreciated!
What's your opinion on captain Phillips ?
Loved it!
Comments for the algorithm
Thanks!
Another
Yes
Me too! :)
Mmhmm
I honestly don't know why people hated Tenet. I thought it was great the first time I saw it. But not as good as Inception or Interstellar. However, after going into it for the second time. With better knowledge of the plot. I thought it was a masterpiece. And could you cover the Book of Eill?
I need to give it a second watch
Third!
Congrats
Not First
Almost!
;)
:)
I thought you said Christopher Nolan was fooling himself
Whoops, maybe I should change the title
My theory is that Christopher Nolan is a tulpa of David Lynch?
Tulpa?
@@CenterRow Its kind of a clone or copy, but done with magic if I understand correct. :)
@@tjenahoj Ah! Haha maybe so
@@CenterRow Thanks for heart :)
nerd
Takes one to know one
Ooooooooh
i did not like this video (sorry i lied christopher nolan said it was okay)
Nice
You do not know what you're talking about. Christopher Nolan sucks. Michael Bay is where it's at.
Sigh
