18:51 I can still remember that I was the first who made this popular when I was task to train the Choir from Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepcion Inc here in Pototan, Iloilo, and they were the very first to sing during the town fiesta of Pototan and they were very much uploaded by the presiding/ celebrant, the archbishop of kalibo Aklan because of their very beautiful interpretation of these Misa Katilingban which until now I used to play and teach the young minds in order to let them sing in the mass here in Lumbo Chapel Pototan Iloilo. The musical score and its' arrangement is so soothing and touching. Thank you so much Fr and bro Jerome for the minus you have shared and it's for free download..I love the set of these songs for the holy mass. Is there any particular difference between Misa Katilingban, Isidoriana, Hiliusa, etc.? I mean, apart from the music that is, are there certain times when it is required that one set of music is utilized in Masses? or does the choir just choose which particular version of Mass songs to sing in Masses?
Hello, Adriane. That is a good question. First, these sets of liturgical songs can be sung in any Masses as long as the lyrics and style are suitable to the theme and mood of such Masses. For instance, Hili-usa is not appropriate to be sung during lent season or in burial Masses because of its style and the lyrics itself are not suitable to the theme, etc. 😇
