Something I have found with Germany, is if you ally Russia early on, and then immediately invade France, the France player is usually quite dumb, you just rush Paris before they get he chance to think and then take over everything else, once you have done that, you can invade Poland, if Poland is a good player, just ask for Russia’s help and share it

Limited is the best imo, disarmed is just useless having 0 mp for %5 more tax, volunteer doesnt have any cons but still its not that much, limited lowers your tax by %10 but its not a big deal since you can increase it easily, in extensive you have a lot of man power like 4.5 million as nigeria but the tax income really hurts you if your main income is tax. The starting level is just trash, not as trash as required though, still the recruitment takes a lot of time but you can make millions of infantry and train them, required is just infinite manpower, 9 million as germany is just insane. But your economy will crash and your Troops are poor trained and too weak. I’d prefer limited if you arent a nation bigger than 100m pop, if you are then volunteer is ok

The country I find easy to play is Spain, If you ally with France, in the earlygame no one powerful will invade you till 2023 (French-German war) and by then I have colonised America.
Another thing about Poland, if you’re fast enough and make a good ally like France (or someone bordering Germany) you can easily make tanks and you and your ally hold off the invasion and defeat him.
i think switzerland should be on the list because its terrain is super easy to defend and if you get tanks in the start of the game you can annex france and italy fast

I know this nation is of the Caribbean, but the Bahamas can be op. You just ally the usa and cuba, attack Bermuda, form the pirate nation and attack random islands. Bonaire is practically the same but you also ally Venezuela.
Problem is Mexico’s north but if you ally Canada and or the U.S. then it will be a good game when i play in N.A. i like to be Canada and colonize Africa it makes the nation crazy powerful once it gets free steel production.
As Mexico, your best game will go if the US is not player. If they are not you only need tanks. If they are, you need infartry, tanks, artillery, navy and airforce.
Italy is so underrated. If you use the Alps up North, you can do so well, defensively. Once, Germany had basically all of Europe, and tried to attack me as Italy. All I needed to do was have a couple frigates and some entrenched tanks and just like that I took Europe. Italy has by far the best geography of any European country, change my mind.
UK , it is not surrounded by countries (as long as you own all of the island) it is seperated from mainland so troops have to get in and out of boats to get there , and the navy can surround it , making it even harder to take , it has quite a few rescources , as mentioned the formables are okay and finally , mild winters with semi mountains in Scotland.

i am a france main, i like holding off against all three of uk germany and france, and sometimes other nations also join the war. i am quite the type to troll ‘em!
a good country that i play is azerbaijan more than 10m people only 1 formable that is transcaucasia rush caucasus put limited conscription and mass attack then do motors and steel and you have a lot of mp and tanks you can easily take the middle east thing that i always do take iran and turkey then i can go down to take middle eastern countries and then expand into the balkans and with enough tanks take russia
in the future 2 formables....
im on a mission to form EU as all the balkan countries + monaco, san marino, liechstenstien, and all the benelux nations bc its hard and fun
I done a similar thing but with South America i did it as all but 3 of the nations
i haven’t done the last 3 because there the smallest and weakest nations in S.A.
and i didn’t feel like i wanted to do those 3.

Nah Netherlands German conquest is the way to go be allies with the U.K. let U.K. annex France

My Favourite country is Britain you have a huge Strategical Advantage because of the English channel and the North Sea you just need a powerful navy and Britain has alot of Square Cities, it's my Favourite Country to play as I have formed the British Empire twice.

I would say turkey too since its close to arabia arabia has so much oil its close to phospate reserves too and its stronger than germany it has 200k men its economy is a bit less than countries like france and UK only threats are maybe Russia Iran and egypt but ıf you know what ur doing you can beat them
