Brother, I like your cooking and teaching style. Just wanted to mention a couple things. In your videos, always show washing hands after touching raw chicken. It's a very important step in cooking. In Pakistan, typhoid is common because of lack of awareness when it comes to touching raw chicken and the need for hand washing. Also, you use aluminum pots. Not a good idea because of aluminum toxicity but I understand it's hard to make desi food in stainless steel pots. But at least don't use metallic spoons in these pots. Use wooden spoons to reduce the level of aluminum release while stirring the food. May Allah give you barakah
