Not really, as they’re using the Mercury engines as generators. No way the AC will run all night on just battery power alone. You’ll need an alternate source as that’s the engines.
The only issue I have is the Lithium Ion Batteries. They are not proven. The Lithium Ion batteries are certainly not proven to be stable. When the switch to Lithium Phosphate comes that will be more interesting as that will make the batteries more stable. I know that it is almost impossible to put out a fire with has ignited the lithium ion batteries. I would like to see a GenSet with house batteries as a tried and true option. They are much less volatile..
Absolutely spot on. This is my only concern on this boat and the Boston Whaler 360 outrage. These batteries are a ticking bomb just look at the burning teslas and any electric machine that runs on these batteries. When they ignite it's game over! Not suitable for a boat!
@@0xb1sh0p8 you’re comparing your 26 cockpit to a 40 cockpit, intimating that yours is as big. Yours is also not a 12 foot beam like the 40. Most likely 8’8”, which us much smaller by about 2 feet per side.
Garbage boat. And built with bubble gum and duct tape. Iv built them and probably this exact one. Giant waste of money. Gotta love Williston employees and just the greatest managers. Absolutely not. All they care about is themselves and do not take pride anymore in what they want to produce.
Black fin build quality is second to none. Absolutely stunning boats
My goodness! This is a gorgeous boat..
Phenomenal boat! You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Great job Blackfin!
We agree!
Beautiful boat!
Beautiful Boats
Beautiful boat 🛥️
Gorgeous!
Very nice!
boat is a TANKKKKKKKK
I build these boats, you ain't kidding. Layer upon layer of fiberglass material and multiple keel strips go into the hulls of these blackfins.
Is there a Seakeeper onboard?
He mentioned that this boat did not have it but it was an option.
If i ever hit the lottery this the first thing id buy
This may be the perfect boat!! 😍😍😍
That interior is amazing considering it’s a 40 ft cc.
awesome! now if I could win the lottery...
🤞
You’d think at that price point the builder would follow the ABYC guidelines for proper sea cock instalation
Straight out of Williston, Fl. Great boats
Hey man I have a question. What do bilge pumps do? I am fairly new to boating. Thanks have a good day
Any water that gets into the bilge the pumps will shoot out over board to make sure the boat doesn't sink.
They need a 35' boat in their lineup they have a big cap between this and their 33.
Yes thats what I was thinking with twin 400 V10's and a spacious cabin with birth!
Cost boat???
Price ?
If you have to ask……..
I want one!
I want 2 of them. His & Hers
Where's 40ft DC?
Pretty cool that lithium ion batteries are making generators a thing of the past.

Until they burst into uncontrollable flames
Where is the video of running on water ? 2 months passed guys !😕

I want one
40 foot boat with the same amount of cockpit space as my 24
Your 24 has a below deck cabin, galley and sleeper too? Doubt it.
@@alexnutcasio936 No, it doesn't...but i'm not sure what any of those things have to do with cockpit space for fishing.

I didn’t know Chris Watts was out of jail doing boat reviews.
So gorgeous and perfect in so many ways, but they’re just so expensive you have to be super wealthy to afford them, and run them regularly.
(For this size)

Someone got laid off...
What's the price ? I'm guessing 1.8 million
Nah, I doubt that high but probably right around $1 million
I build them, easily close to a million fully decked out.
