As a big COTW player myself, and a long time channel viewer, I was like “that’s it, I’m starting a revontuli whitetail grind too!” 😂 6 kills in with no great ones, no diamonds but a lvl 2 piebald buck which was pretty sweet. Taxid that one. Thanks for the amazing content! Keep it up! 👍

Playing for about a month now grinded silver ridge and revontuli with no diamonds finally started to try this and I kid you not after 1 DAY I got a Diamond red deer on te aworea and a me Lana tic mountain lion on silver ridge two hours later, needless to say I will be doing this more often 💯
Most helpful vid ive ever watched for a game. I recommend just going out and doing an attempted heard management and then comd back to the vid to make sure your doing it right
I had the same reaction when I saw my 1st Albino while discovering drink zones and dropping tents to set up my 1st grind. Of course I clipped it too high but its was small to start with.
I shot my first whitetail GO almost 2 years ago. I had absolutely no knowledge of herd management or proper grinding techniques. It took me several months (at least 4-5) and tons of aggravation (as my gameplay was plagued with serious lag issues). Two days ago I shot my second whitetail GO after only 3 week of grinding and proper herd management. Thanks so much for the tips and tricks Lady!! I now have 8 Great Ones and a few hundred diamonds.
That's amazing! My first Great One was 2 and a bit years ago and it took me 7 months to spawn and lots of frustration too! I feel that! it's gotten a lot easier since then! You're very welcome and congrats!!!

I would love to be able to filter my zones for a single animal. Something as simple as clicking legend and selecting an animal might do. Would be so handy when looking at where to go.
I just started playing a couple weeks ago. I was Maybe 30-40 kills total between all species and I got a Piebald Gold Whitetail. Didn’t even realize what I had until I discovered your channel a couple days ago!
Ive shot about 5 legendary and 4 mythical within the first few days playing(lvl16), with a heart shot @150m using minnie balls and olssen .308..... They never died or took much damage lol think the game plays with you at lower levels

When you say small level 2’s can stay in exterior zones what’s the max estimate 2 you would leave? I’ve been leaving everything under 160 estimate but not sure if that’s small enough for the game to recognize it as a small male vs a mid size. Everything else I understand pretty well! Also have mine setup on rev and it’s crazy to see the difference in our zone locations lol that coastal inlet where you have 3 main zones I only had 1 zone there total and it’s got 1’s and females lol

Done with rev. No whitetails spawn before 1030 no matter what tricks I do. they still come in stages though (half at 1030 other half at 1120ish)which is a PITA. Not near enough time to properly grind. Switching to rancho
Correct me if I’m wrong. But the 8 zones you’re going to be shooting at you want to shoot the small ones out, and the exterior zones you want to shoot the big ones out so they spawn into your other 8 zones ?
I lost an albino kangaroo 4 hours into my very first game play reciently found out the animals stay on the map so now that im more prepared im gonna hunt it down Also thank you for your vids they have helped 😊
Hey Lady, after you shoot down your 8 exterior zones, do you swap those tents to 8 other exterior zones until all your exterior zones are shot down, or do you move it to your main shooting lakes as soon as you shoot the original 8 exteriors down?

not a whitetail but still thought it was cool, i shot a fox while it was drinking as i was looking for moose drink zones, it was almost diamond. i put the time forward to moose drinking time and saw a piebald fox right next to the lake i shot one at! i only shot one fox and it spawned a piebald XD fun story
Quick question, people say to choose your favorite zones as your main zones but what do you do if your “main zones” get shot down to all does and small bucks? Should we just move on even if it’s typically a good zone?

So when i start the herd management and grind should i start with the exterior and focus on shooting them down before i start in the main zones seems like my bigger bucks are mainly in my main zones
I just finished setting up my grind, all exterior zones are shot down. Now, in my main zones do I only shoot the highest estimates or can I shoot any of the max weight bucks Also my respawns and herds are buggy right now. Sometimes only half of my herd shows up, sometimes nothing shows up. It is not related to my tent placement as I go really far out to be safe. Im 85% sure I didnt shoot a doe. Do you think I need to find more zones? Ive checked absolutely every body of water even the ones below the highway on revontuli. 59 zones and Im pretty sure I have them all.
I have a glitch right now where all of the water in the game is white is it a glitch or is it an intended feature and if it is a glitch how do I fix it?
What about single spawns? I have a bunch fallow with lv 3. Would you recommend Shooting them down to lv 2 or Leave them? I have a diamond-rate of one every 18-20 Kills but noch great one yet. I am over 2200 Kills into the grind...😮
I needed to keep this written down for my own sanity, so can anyone confirm I got all the points? 1) Find all drink zones. Between 55 to 60 in total. 2) Set time between 8 to 12, best to go for 10am. 3) In the zones with the biggest bucks drop a tent 250m away from the zone. Drop a tripod 175m away from the zone. This allows you to run in without spooking and can still use callers. Do this for all 16 tents. 4) Pick 8 of your favourite zones with tents as interior zones. 5) The other 8 are your exterior zones. 6) shoot all level 2 bucks everywhere. ??? Shoot lvl 3s on exterior???? 7) leave diamonds on your main interior zones. 8) When an exterior zones has only lvl 1s and small lvl 2s move the tent to a new exterior drinking zone and repeat. 9) when all exterior zones are small 2s and 1s you can pull up your 8 exterior tents and out them next to your main zones to collect kills. 10) rotate your main zones killing bucks. They should be spawning bigger. Make sure not to wipe the zone.
So basically, I need to set up 16 tents at 16 different drink zones? Or could I just set up 8 tents at the three lakes in the video? by doing that, do I just keep rotating through deer time until I get a diamond to spawn?

I just started a new account and almost got a diamond my first day! It was a red deer with a score of like 265 and I shot it twice in the chest from 100-150 meters. The game didn’t give me any vital organ shots even though my bullets literally went into its lungs both times 😭. Maybe it was the penetration being bad but it was the Zarza .308 which I’ve never had an issue with until today.
You set up on 16 zones. Did you watch through the explanation in the video? Once the exterior zones are all shot down, then you only grind the main 8 from that point on
I've been using hm on the reindeer for my albino (which i just got about 20 mins ago) and cash, he came in as a solo, right in the middle of the lake lol. but my question is, if i start getting random solo bucks or stags while doing my great one grind do i take it out?? or should i just leave it be and go for the herds?
You want to take care of bigger animals that in solo zones. Wait until you have a bunch of diamonds stacked and then, on a fresh game startup (nothing has been shot yet), go and shoot the large solo and then go and shoot something small from one of your main shooting lakes, harvest and leave the map and come back. Refind the zone. Repeat if necessary. They have a 50 50 chance of swapping zones

I am not sure my biggest whitetail. I almost got stampeded by some whitetail while bow hunting the other day and I shot one running at me and when I picked it up it was Diamond. So that was unexpected and memorable. Congrats on the “crazy albino”
Okay some questions, What would be the small cutoff? Anything under 200? 220? Smaller? What is small lol? Also I went one buck at a time and got all max weight bucks into my main 8 zones and had nothing over 200 in any other zone on the map, waited several in game days to make sure everything had respawned then shot one buck at a time out of my main zones, maybe a third respawned max weight, also I have bucks that will respawn (in-game weeks) later randomly at different zones it’s always a single buck and he dosent stay once I shoot him the zones goes back to its normal amount of deer the zone specifies. I have 68 zones on revontulli and have spent days looking for more zones when I had that first extra buck in one of my zones thing happen. Now I have all the max weight bucks gone off my map and am down to 223 being the highest estimated score, should I just start re stacking or keep shooting what ever pops up? I’m not shooting my exterior zones there is nothing over 200 in them, expect for the drifter buck, that’s what I call him, where ever he shows up, but he is semi rare occasion, I’ll find him somewhere after about 200 kills
150 is the cutoff. 200 is too big. You want to grind main zones and exterior at the same time or it won’t work properly. Just rotate on all 16 zones and shoot the 2s (leave the tiny 2s that look like 1s) at all zones. Stack the diamonds on main shooting zones and keep doing that til all exteriors are shot down. Then move exterior tents to be pickup tents. Then you can just grind your main shooting lakes. And yes, every once in a while, you need to recheck exteriors for deer that jump out and they don’t usually respawn once shot. Good luck!

Hey lady I started a white tail grind a while back but ended up giving up, I had 68 zones but was getting on respawns, I tried looking over all water areas and never ended up finding more zones with the missing white tail, any ideas?
68 is a lot of zones. You think you have more? Hunt moose which drink after whitetail. All of the whitetail need zone indicators will still be out. I did that in New England and found a pile of moose zones when I hunted Grey Fox which drink right after moose. Good luck!

Yes you move to other exteriors until they are all shot down, then you move the tents for pickup

I managed to get stupidly lucky, found a nice silver rated melanistic blacktail at level 4 in Layton. Not super big, but it was my first odd fur
My best whitetail to date is a 198 on Layton Lakes. Been playing for about 2 months

yes just move on I reckon. just manage down all the zones possible and every time a zone becomes all small bucks (1's for whitetail) just abandon it.

I just started a new account and almost got a diamond my first day! It was a red deer with a score of like 265 and I shot it twice in the chest from 100-150 meters. The game didn’t give me any vital organ shots even though my bullets literally went into its lungs both times 😭. Maybe it was the penetration being bad but it was the Zarza .308 which I’ve never had an issue with until today.

What gun should I use for herd management?
2 questions, so you only are set up on 8 lakes? And what happens if a main shooting lake gets all small deer?
You set up on 16 zones. Did you watch through the explanation in the video? Once the exterior zones are all shot down, then you only grind the main 8 from that point on
I've been using hm on the reindeer for my albino (which i just got about 20 mins ago) and cash, he came in as a solo, right in the middle of the lake lol. but my question is, if i start getting random solo bucks or stags while doing my great one grind do i take it out?? or should i just leave it be and go for the herds?
You want to take care of bigger animals that in solo zones. Wait until you have a bunch of diamonds stacked and then, on a fresh game startup (nothing has been shot yet), go and shoot the large solo and then go and shoot something small from one of your main shooting lakes, harvest and leave the map and come back. Refind the zone. Repeat if necessary. They have a 50 50 chance of swapping zones
Hey Lady right now i’m on my fallow grind and most of my zones are full of level 2s so should i shoot those does?
So is a grind the only way to get the diamonds, rares, etc to spawn? I love this game but don’t have the time for huge grinds. Thanks

Now I am still enjoying hunting through the woods, rivers and lakes, especially with the bow 😉 Your Melanistic and Albino Whitetails are fantastic ❤ I myself have a Melanistic Brown Bear lvl 7, a Piebald Moose lvl 2 and last week a Diamant Piebald Whitetail deer and Diamant Piebald Mallard 😁 Your vids are great for starters and very amusant for everybody. Although I can’t watch them live because of 6 hours time difference (later here) I do watch them and have learned a lot from them so thank you again!
I am not sure my biggest whitetail. I almost got stampeded by some whitetail while bow hunting the other day and I shot one running at me and when I picked it up it was Diamond. So that was unexpected and memorable. Congrats on the “crazy albino”

Who else thinks herd managment and grinding is a bit confusing. No matter how much i try to understand it, it doesn't make sense to me.
Okay some questions, What would be the small cutoff? Anything under 200? 220? Smaller? What is small lol? Also I went one buck at a time and got all max weight bucks into my main 8 zones and had nothing over 200 in any other zone on the map, waited several in game days to make sure everything had respawned then shot one buck at a time out of my main zones, maybe a third respawned max weight, also I have bucks that will respawn (in-game weeks) later randomly at different zones it’s always a single buck and he dosent stay once I shoot him the zones goes back to its normal amount of deer the zone specifies. I have 68 zones on revontulli and have spent days looking for more zones when I had that first extra buck in one of my zones thing happen. Now I have all the max weight bucks gone off my map and am down to 223 being the highest estimated score, should I just start re stacking or keep shooting what ever pops up? I’m not shooting my exterior zones there is nothing over 200 in them, expect for the drifter buck, that’s what I call him, where ever he shows up, but he is semi rare occasion, I’ll find him somewhere after about 200 kills
150 is the cutoff. 200 is too big. You want to grind main zones and exterior at the same time or it won’t work properly. Just rotate on all 16 zones and shoot the 2s (leave the tiny 2s that look like 1s) at all zones. Stack the diamonds on main shooting zones and keep doing that til all exteriors are shot down. Then move exterior tents to be pickup tents. Then you can just grind your main shooting lakes. And yes, every once in a while, you need to recheck exteriors for deer that jump out and they don’t usually respawn once shot. Good luck!

Hey lady I started a white tail grind a while back but ended up giving up, I had 68 zones but was getting on respawns, I tried looking over all water areas and never ended up finding more zones with the missing white tail, any ideas?
68 is a lot of zones. You think you have more? Hunt moose which drink after whitetail. All of the whitetail need zone indicators will still be out. I did that in New England and found a pile of moose zones when I hunted Grey Fox which drink right after moose. Good luck!
@@LadyLegendXO it was so weird I got my first 400 kills really easy but it was like as soon as I hit 400 the deer just quit respawning or just came back as does 🥲
She tells us exactly how to do it in great detail, but our minds keep telling us to just walk through the woods and hope for the best.. I keep finding myself in more of a "lost in the woods" simulator. And with no decent Internet connection I have no help from multiplayer smh
