i need to ask you few things about lums iba if somebody is with engineering background and have no experience then lums mba is helpful or not for him to get job in future
if no experience then lums or iba don't give admissions generally for MBA programs. But if you have 2-3 years of work experience then an MBA frm LUMS or IBA can accelerate your career.
Each program has different requirements. Some need GRE while mostly don't. Some need LSAT as well. Once you select the university to apply to, you can then see what they precisely need.

Yes one extra year. If you apply in 2019 May then you will leave for the U.S. in 2020 August

I will advise doing the big book by GRE ETS. It contains a lot of full-length GRE level passages and questions
