TN visa if your occupation is in list H1 B visa if you get selected in lottery and L1 visa if you get intra company transfer.Getting green card if born in India is impossible if you’re EB2 and EB3 category only fast if you get L1 A visa or marriage to US citizen..
Just for my info who is going to manage your Canadian home while on rent.
