I personally don't have a single Drake album that I go back to listen to, but I've listened to a few of Kendrick's albums dozens of times. I think Kendrick is far more versatile than Drake, Kendrick is more creative with his beats, Kendrick can do rock, jazz, spoken word poetry, R&B or straight up gangsta rap.
I think Drake is great too, but I prefer Kendrick by a long shot. But that's why this is happening, they are both top tier artists with large devoted fan bases, at the end of the day I'm just excited to see the music that comes out of this.
