There are SO many hosts who you can see in their heads they are already thinking of the next question and are not bothered with the answer to the current one. Graham reads the room. It`s more then an agenda or just a list of bulletpoints to get trough he really CONNECTS. And that makes for the BEST interviews!

I've seen Elton in concert twice. My God he's phenomenal!!! Wish I could see him on his current tour! I've always had great respect for this man. He's so real and humble.

I very much admire Elton for being there for many stars. It must be a quite different reality being a star, and I can imagine it's not roses and fluffies. The public and the media can be brutal. I very much try to avoid tabloids etc, I only watch or read things about public figures, when they themselves talk. Elton John sure has some amazing stories, but I'm sure 80% + of the stories he has not shared with thethe general public.

When he had locked himself in a hotel suite and was doing coke by the pound I was fully sure I'd hear on the news that he had OD'd. Strange how far lesser amounts will burn out the hearts of others like Carrie Fisher and he just survives it unscathed. He definitely is a testament to his song "I'm still standing."
