I saw the bubble holo sleeves in your Instagram and i LOVED them i get to see the different styles of holo and how they look just by following u🤭 I think nct is def one of those groups where you KNOW they can do better but they stick to the same style. I like the songs my friend recommends to me which are mostly bsides but when i check their title tracks most are.....yeah. I really want them to do music i like lol Edit: adding my two cents on the ageism video. I personally feel like although i have felt weird(?) in kpop spaces where most ppl are younger than me, I always remind myself that its bc that's probably not a space i should be in in the first place. As a 21+ fan i should be looking at 21+ spaces and people because those are the times i have the most fun and can relate most to thise around me. My thoughts are that people should stay in an age group in fandom spaces so when adults show up in a kid's experience ofc they can be creeped out and express it rudely. In any case i think those who suffer most from ageism are 40+ people in fandoms like kpop or cartoons etc

My thoughts on the Age Thing. So, I agree with that as the older individual we need to have grace and understand. I also feel similar to you and that I myself haven't had anything to unreasonable ever be directed towards me specifically. I will say however I have seen the way some people act and treat my Mom since she because a fan of Kpop over the pandemic. When she went to the TXT concert in ATL by herself she told me that she was flat out ignored by some people that were handing out freebies. I have become more upset about it since my mom has joined the comment. Since, I feel like just because of her age she is being left out of experiencing the things that we all enjoy experiencing at concerts purely because of her age. (Also I love your videos a lot and so happy you were able to add all those IU cards to your collection!)
i genuinely mean this lmao but good luck with collecting baekhyun exo cards hes the reason i stopped collecting ot9 exo lmao i now just settle for his solo cards because he was too expensive for me justify spending and i felt so unmotivated lol but i hope your collection goes smoother~ (also bc of sm going crazy with the versions for 2baddies i stopped collecting top 3 and just went to collecting my bias johnny bc theres too much)
yeeeaa I can already tell it's going to be super difficult so honestly I could see myself going the same route as you one day and just collecting his solo stuff. for now I'm trying to just take it slow and not try too hard and get things as I come across them buuuut...we'll see what happens. lol

I double traded for that same Hoshi card. And I had to trade a Target exclusive Minghao to someone in Norway to get the crying Hoshi card. That wait seemed like an eternity!
About the age-ism video, i think your points are valid , with or without direkt personal experience. Even without being personally attacked due to age, there are many rhetorics going around fandom spaces that at a certain point you’ve „aged out“ or don’t belong anymore. If you want to touch specifically on direct insults because of age maybe you could reach out to someone who’s experienced it for some input or a statement / interview
i am very open about the fact i have a youtube channel and what it's about with most people, but i never give out my channel name haha it feels weird, especially as i know most people wouldn't care about the content? this is a very niche subject imo and none of them even listen to kpop 😂 but i'm happy your interaction was so good! as for the ageism, my best friend was called some mean things and got hurt by it, but i think the best way is to just ignore the person doing it. one day they will be the same age and realise that age doesn't define your music taste or how you choose to show support for the artists.
I'm 34 and I'm still hesitant of saying in real life I listen to kpop because of the fear of people saying to me why am I listening to teenager music. And I know I shouldn't care and I mostly don't I just don't have the energy to explain to people or talk about that. But I do feel weird in gatherings (like cinema showings of kpop concerts) where people mostly are really young and I think I look like a grandma to them and out of place. they don't say anything but they do stare 😂🙄

I disliked 2 Baddies as well. Hated even. The entire 2 Baddies 1 Porsche Chant or part Idk, just annoyed me so so much. I love the boys I really do, but I can't stand that title track. 😭😭 I love NCT Dream's music way more this year.
