one question i do have about this - and maybe i'm the odd one, and need to lean more on how society is as a whole and just fuck what i think personally - but when approaching somebody, i really am of the belief that if the intent is to sell, it's best to do it somewhat upfront? surely it can be done in a much better and personal way than the guy trying to edit for you. but personally (how i perceive ppl dealing with me), it makes seem ppl more disingenuous when they try to establish a "personal bond" before asking what they really want to. i always leave such interactions thinking that that person really did not care about anything i do, or had to say prior to them making the sale/asking for the favor/whatever the intent was. in a way i'd get it more if this would just be your approach to dealing with incel clients, but i'd think you'd prefer for ppl to be direct with you when approaching you? don't you see right through the BS anyway when they try to approach you in a more personal manner, or ask more personal questions?
