I bought that 16inch IQ saw last year. Expensive, but so so so worth it. I can cut 6 inch block in one pass with no dust. Its incredible. He's right about the filter.
I had a Bartel plate tamp few years back. I was good, but noone stocks them in my local area. I tend to stick with popular, that's readily available to be replaced locally.
Have had some surface prep machines of there’s. They are nice, but getting repair parts & tech support isn’t super easy being they differ you to a distributor.
For IQ filters, absolutely a year. I have 2 vacuums for floor grinding. Only complaints are the attachments, and it's much louder than a typical vacuum. Their tile saw also performs well, definitely get the replacement blades though.
Plywood ontop of pavers last compact wont break them either.. ive done landscaping for 20years never heard of them. Mainer though and on the concrete cutter for the price it shuld poop its self like a drywall hepa vac does to shake the drywall dust off.
I have limited experience with Bartell's large compacters( in the Netherlands), but I will tell you, their narrowest one( not sure what it is called but it is the hopping/springy one)compacters are realy, realy good. If i had to compare: Bartell is like a Ventrac. No compromise on build quality, service, functionality and operator health/comfort. Worth every penny.
Stan used a Bartel roller compactor on a 4500 sqft paver slab patio I installed last year worked unbelievable rented for the job, but actually ended up buying from another manufacturer the company I bought the paver slab vacuum mover they just had a super promotion going on at the time in-stock salesman I texted him and did the entire deal
I have a Bartell plate compactor that my grandpa bought new in the early 1990's and still runs great and compacts just as good as a brand new plate compactor
But does blades direct sell this one? Obviously they are a dealer... He just wanted to throw their name out again. He probably gets $5k every time he says Blades Direct..
@@marklanese5594 there's no choice with equipment companies. When i was a kid there was independent john Deere dealers in the area. They all got bought out by James River equipment. In my area you can ONLY deal with James River equipment other dealers aren't allowed here. Don't like James River? Don't buy a John Deere. Same with Caterpillar. Carter owns the dealers AND the area. Don't like Carter? Don't buy a Cat. You used to have options when buying equipment.
“I do want a bigger unit”. Calm down, Stan...this is a family channel 🤣 I have seen the IQ saws at Expo before but always walked right past. May have to stop in and have a look this year.
I have a Bartell power trowel and its a great machine I had a Bartell reversible plate compactor and it was a piece of junk Buy a Weber I also have a Weber roller compactor great machine for compacting pavers especially the very large pavers if your installing 24x37 Unilock slabs it won't break them
My brother in law has a company 1 step up from yours. He has a Bartell tamper and had it for like 30 years now.. He had to replace the motor on it a few times but the tamper itself is still going
~~I've never heard of Bartell either. When I checked reviews tools didn't come up but what it was like to work there. Which had a 2.5 of 5 rating w/only one positive coming from a Salesman. The rest, including who was an Administrator, essentially said "If you value yourself don't work there."
used bartell here in canada for over 40 years . good stuff
I've been in construction 36 years in NJ and never heard of them. But I love the paver compactor.

walk behind power trowels 36 in and 46 in units. just sold them 2 years ago. had them since 90's
I’ve had one of those roller compactors for 10 years and it’s the best you can use it on any material.
Have had some surface prep machines of there’s. They are nice, but getting repair parts & tech support isn’t super easy being they differ you to a distributor.

Their dust extractors not vacuums and yes their loud they are pulling air through dozens of more meters of filter medium than a vaccum
Ive fixed a few of their compactors. They're well built, in fact it was operator error that caused breakage and down time
The best 💯

You did a great job. Like to see more of that still. Have a great day and God bless.

That’s awesome to hear
I think Caleb Auman has a bartell. He may know better of what kind of company they are.
🙋🏼♂️ Stan , your mustache is looking like the monopoly guy 🤵🏻♂️
Can you do a video of all the best trailer locks for like flatdeck trailers and dump trailers and stuff like that
I'm a Bartell dealer out of Kansas City Missouri and this was nothing but a commercial for blades Direct
But does blades direct sell this one?
Obviously they are a dealer...
He just wanted to throw their name out again. He probably gets $5k every time he says Blades Direct..
I was thinking of all the dealers when he kept pushing blades direct. There is no loyalty to dealers anymore.
Did you watch the vid in full, he does tell you that

Stanley, starting at 5:16 what you did was exactly what I said in a letter about you today. You will not lead anyone astray!!

Cool beans

Bartell is 9/10 equipment buy once cry once. Compactors are the best and have many “niche” conveniences
😎
I was a Bartell Dealer for Years. Great Company Quality Equipment.
